I frequently do my late night grocery shopping here at the pearl st Safeway. They tolerate my last in line, at closing time, full cart, while indecisively putting things back and asking for price checks. I'm probably one of the annoying customers but they never show it. They keep a smile on there face while answering any of my questions and showing professionalism and friendliness despite me being a hot mess customer! I don't know if any of the employees will read this but if you do im sorry! And I'm forever grateful for your late night service/grace!! ********** for Pearl st Safeway!

I only go to this store because it's close by...Safeway, you need to lower your prices a little more. Fred Meyer is kicking your butt in pricing game. Not to mention their produce is better. You better get your act together otherwise your customers will be going there.

1st time visitor to the new "The Habit" burger restaurant. Customer service (thanks Sarah) was perfect; friendly & helpful. Had the Portobello Burger w/o the lettuce, tomato & pickle. The meat & mushrooms were cooked to perfection & the burger was an A+. Also had the dbl avacado burger which was huge & very tasty. Expect leftovers. Fries a little disappointing, kind of plain. With such fabulous burgers I guess I expected a little more. The Onion rings are crunchy & very tasty. Milkshakes (strawberry & chocolate) were made fresh & taste was very good. Nice "fresh peppers" station & good fry sauce. Prices were more than fair for what you get. All around happy environment. Will have to try hard not to make it a habit!

Nothing to complain about other than when they'er way busy and I have to circle the parking lot. Love Ace Hardware, Safeway is clean and well stocked. Pet store is friendly ...my Vet is there too. Love Subway....all in all, great neighborhood place to shop.

They had what I needed and more, I was in and out in no time, just The way I like it, God bless our neighborhood ,and price's seem to be pretty high on most items.

I have never been a fan of shopping reward cards. I'm visiting from an area that does not have Safeway stores. I know they exist or reward loyalty but does seem user friend!?!

The store cleanliness is generally good, produce & most other areas are usually kept stocked, the main thing i dislike here is the meat section, a lot of their beef/pork/poultry that is prepped there looks old & gray and even if it weren’t always lowkey rotting is highly priced compared to the quality of the meats themselves. Prices are way better if you get the online coupons through the app either in advance or while you shop, scan the barcode with the camera and it will bring up any current deals/coupons for the item & automatically applies at checkout when you put your phone number once you clip in app. Customer service usually is not the best, workers tend to not pay attention to trying to ask for help or cannot help with the issue, and often have some sort of irritation /frustration

Lived on the north end my entire life and the ONLY thing I can't stand and it's not the stores fault is the damn parking lot. I have shopped at this store for years everyone is kind and always helpful and always says hello and goodbye.

I go here often for everything from haircuts for me and my kids to groceries and beyond. It's convenient because it's close to home (within a 10-minute drive).

It's very convenient with taco bell , subway, anytime fatness, chase Bank., etc. Winco took a lot of business away, but only safeway will take my UHC card!!

Only place I do my daily grocery shopping. Always have what I need and more.

A great shopping center has a great variety of stores restaurants , banking, and gas stations to choose from plus ample parking and walkways in front of stores, restaurant "ect" are clean of any garbage

I shopped at Safeway briefly... Had a good experience.... Good selection of food. But their bakery could have had more donuts and cookies otherwise it was great

This is an incredibly busy area. Worth checking out. There are original shops in the shopping center you can't find anywhere else also a few stores you can't do without. The security guards are honest, diligent and respectful.

Everything but Safeway is okay but the safe way here has extremely high prices fairly rude staff and constantly think you're stealing things even when you've been going there for years only reason I'm giving it three stars is because of a few specific employees that make my son's day every time we go in to the store to get some groceries and if anyone who goes here often knows who they are I shouldn't have to lift their names out but there are a number of them

This place is amazeballs! So much better with it's overpriced Safeway than Westgate South with it's homeless encampments and poop laden walls and windows of Big Lots!

It's a far cry from the Safeway closer to our home. The staffing here is more on the ball and helpful. It's worth the 10 minute drive to get better service.

The Safeway is extremely overcrowded due to there being no grocery stores in North End. They are also very expensive. They do have a good rewards program but it's a huge pain to use, you have to scan barcodes but you have to use their Wi-Fi it's just extremely inconvenient and irritating. Why not just lower the prices instead of making us try to scan things that don't want to scan. Also the cashier that wrang me up today, was extremely rude. She did not acknowledge me one time, she had a really long winded conversation with the young girl that was bagging my groceries and completely ignored me. Her only interaction with me was telling me my total and pointing to the payment pad. My teenager has better customer service skills than this adult woman.

The floral dept had tons of color choices and it was all healthy and fresh.

Excellent store, fully stocked shelves, helpful store staff, easy self checkout.

They updated the buildings finally, looks nice, lots of great businesses, especially dining, only wish they had more retail options.

The two block neighborhood shopping center has a variety of small businesses, gym, grocery store, and fast food options.

THE ACE HARDWARE is a real standout in assistance, friendly attitudes plus their stock levels are excellent.

Nice to be able to shop late at night, at a really nice grocery store…..especially when out of town.

Very clean area. I mainly go here for vet visits and have been in the Safeway, before. Feels safe but always lock up, area has a lot of traffic, walkers.
