Mary Kate front desk was kind and helpful. Provides non pushy advice on the best packages. Always great when you feel heard vs told what package to get. Jen the head coach led a fun class called trail run. It got me to burn 900 calories, and looking forward to coming back. Great classes to get out of the traditional gym and weights. Time flies when your having fun. Hard work and sweat kind of fun:)

I really enjoyed Orange Theory in Tacoma. Everyone was always welcoming and accepting. I saw all types of people and different levels of abilities and age. No one made another feel unwelcome. I have pretty significant social anxiety and while it wasn’t always easy to go because of it, the environment made it easier to overcome. I only wish there was an OT near my home in Graham. Since changing jobs I have no reason to go to downtown Tacoma so I had to say goodbye. But let me tell you, I felt amazing while being there!

I have been attending the studio for over a year now and have loved it. Prior to OTF I hated working out but the Tacoma OTF has played a huge role in turning my hatred into something I love and look forward to everyday! The staff is wonderful, everyone from the coaches to studio managers and SA!

The ability to measure performance is what I value the most. The workouts are also very comprehensive, meaning all of my body gets worked out every week. Although I usually follow the daily program I appreciate the flexibility to deviate or adapt to meet my own goals.

So they do say the hardest step is just showing up, honestly a totally different gym type experience. I leave the place always with a feeling of achievement, but then sore the next day...Uggh exercise there is work involved. The coaches are great, the sales team at the front desk greet people by name and honestly is one of my favorite features. The people who go are all really into it, so as a newbie I just watch in awe and just try and keep up. You pay a lot for a workout especially when half of it is just on a treadmill, but when you got a coach saying "burn that tank down, go all out" it is a nice extra push. You get a real workout and it comes with reports and data, so you get to see progress over time. Recommend this - be warned it's a little addictive so expect that no matter what plan you buy they are gonna get you on the higher tiers eventually - but I like them.

I'm from out of state and visited while on a work trip. I really loved my visit here. Welcoming staff and members, great coach, and a well kept facility. I hope I get to come back!

Fun group workout atmosphere. Pumping music. No doubt, a well-designed and thought-out workout, with heart rate monitor and real-time feedback for how you are performing. But let's get real here, this is expensive stuff...especially when you realize you can down-load a high intensity play list from Spotify, alternate fast slow running in the park, and dumbell weight lifting in your home for a fraction of the cost...but that definitely requires a lot of self motivation doesn't it??

Everything. It’s easy, convenient, the workouts are easy to understand, and most importantly it keeps me feeling fit. The coaches and staff at OTF Tacoma are also very friendly and helpful.

I was having low motivation in working out. The front desk staff were informative and help set realistic goals . The instructors set a workout for the day that helps you work out as intense or as moderate pace to achieve a great energy burn

Great gym. Heavy focus on cardio. Would recommend separate flexibility and weight training.

I loved all of the staff and coaches. The equipment was clean and well-kept, and the environment was energetic! I hadn't been working out more than once a week prior to joining, and the atmosphere and class scheduling process really helped me stay on task and enjoy my workout routine!

Before COVID, I got in the best shape of my life with OTF, and now I’m back working toward that goal again and aiming to beat all my personal records from before 💪 There is super clear guidance so I know exactly what to do at all times AND coaches aren’t micromanaging or making assumptions about effort, so if I need to adjust the workout for my energy level that day, I can do that. I LOVE that it’s different every day and works new muscles so my whole body grows stronger. I love the combination of weights and cardio. I love the encouragement from the coaches! OTF has cultivated such a good energy.

Amazing, clean, welcoming facility. Orangetheory is a complete workout involving HIIT and endurance. I can feel the difference in my body compared to other group gym classes I’ve taken. The staff is so knowledgeable and absolutely there to help you achieve your goals. Raquel and Marcus so far are my favorite coachs! I always doubt myself when it comes to progress and if I have enough time. I informed them I had 3 months until a wedding I am attending and really want to lose weight for it. They assured me that it was enough time! I felt so much better hearing that. The front desk staff is also so inviting, friendly, and peppy! The whole atmosphere is just incredibly enjoyable. It’s spoonfed fitness. All you have to do is show up and all the thinking is taken out for you. I have always struggled with getting to the gym and trying to figure out an effective workout routine for the night so this is super convenient! The coach’s also will always repeat themselves over the microphone so you won’t have to ask again and miss time doing it or try to look at others to figure it out. There are also tv screens showing what is going on as far as the weight room goes and shows little moving characters of how to properly do the weighted exercise.

Cool coaches and good workouts. 100% not good at doing a gym by myself so this is super helpful. It's also nice when I don't have a friend to go with there's always somebody else around you to pace yourself with or challenge yourself with

Easily the best and most engaging fitness facility I have participated in my life, definitely would recommend for newbies. Very friendly, welcoming and finally the prices are great. I was 220 pounds in June and in July I weigh 200 pounds, if you attend 3 or more classes/sessions per week and diet properly you will definitely lose weight and notice results.

OTF is hard. Like, really hard. But if you stick with it, the results are amazing! And the staff is so encourage. I was amazed at how fast they all knew me by name, and how they new when and how to push me. I have loved my OTF experience and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I’ve been a part of many orange theory gyms over the years and this by far my favorite branch. The staff are phenomenal and make you feel very welcome.

Alexis is definitely the best trainer here! If you do a class do it with her :)

Show up for an hour, move a little, feel good after. Template is already made all ya gotta do is show up, and it’s always full body. You can take it easy or go hard. You’re in control.

Orange Theory in Tacoma has an incredible team of coaches and staff! Everyone is friendly and encouraging. The workouts are fun, and adaptable to any fitness level.

A few instructors are excellent, some of them at this location are just going through the motions. Some will never correct anyone's form during weightlifting which is a safety issue. Your experience will be totally different based on who is teaching the class. Location is a little bit small, but not too bad. Overall I enjoyed my time here and don't regret buying a membership. Really helped me to get in shape.

I love going to Orangetheory Tacoma. Orangetheory is the first fitness class I’ve loved going to and have stuck with. I’ve been a member for around 4 years and have seen such great improvements in my strength and endurance. I love that the classes are so personalized. You can go as fast or slow as you want, and lift as heavy or light as you are feeling up to that day. I also love the benchmark templates to see your progress over time. Overall, highly recommend! New people can try out a free class to check it out!

😠 For the love of all that is still good in this world please fire the entire staff and restart. GM down all need to go . No one shows up on time , they are all miserable. Gym is dirty , dysfunctional & unorganized. Nobody here has any sort of work ethic to make this a welcoming & happy environment ....
