Sammy and Mike were amazing! They were super knowledgeable about everything. They helped with my husband and his build and helping me build my RTA. Their juice selection is amazing and they helped us figure out which flavors are great for each of us. We enjoyed coming here. Sammy and Mike are super great and did such a wonderful job. This is now our go to vape shop

This was my first ever venture into a Vape shop. Kez the young lady who helped me navigate my needs was awesome and didn't try to over sale me but helped me find exactly what I needed for my personal needs.

I visited the day after Christmas 2022. When I walked in I was greeted by a dog that was behind the counter and while this dog was running up to say hi this man started yelling at this dog. Once the dog is back over by his care it starts yipping because he's trying to force the dog to 'calm down'. I should've walked out then, but after I had picked out a juice (which price wasn't marked on the shelf) I went to pay for a 100 mL of 6 mg juice I was charged $39.70. I have bought this exact same juice, Peach Guava by Juice Head at other stores and payed a little over $10 less then I did when I went to Vapor Flavors in Tacoma WA.

Super friendly and helpful. The only shop in a 40 mile radius of home that carried a unique Uwell pod.

Every time I go in they tell me I am the only one who buys my type of coils, they run out all the time I ask if they will get more they say idk never check I’m annoyed they are rude they sold me my vape so be more helpful for god sake they lost a customer for good I’m not actually the only one who buys these coils I went in there were 2 boxes and I called there were none I can’t imagine they just disappeared! It’s fine I found them for less than a 1/4 of the price online how’s that for honesty 😂😂😂😂

Found my vapes after moving. Needed new juice and batteries. Although they were currently out of the batteries the guy was super helpful. Got some great juice. I will definitely be back.

Been looking to quit cigarettes.. Went in today and talked to a very nice lady who told me everything to know about coils and different types of juices. She helped me find a good mod with a built in battery and even showed me how to change the coil and fill the tank. She even told me how to know when the coil needs to be replaced. So far it's worked really well. Definitely will be back when i need some more juice or coils. Appreciate it!!

I have had nothing but problems with this vape shop. I purchased multiple vapes and disposable vapes that state they have 2500 puffs but both have died the day of purchase and they don't refund. I spent $20 on a vape that lasted 4 hours. Also they are very uninformed about their own products. Would not recommend shopping here unless you enjoy wasting your hard earned money on garbage.

The only place in the 253 you should go for your Vape Needs! 🖤 Great experience very helpful staff! Good prices, lots of Juice, Mods, Pods, Coils, Disposable! Cool vibe Couches, Beverages etc. So of you want to just come in and get what you need and back out the door this place is great. But if you are about that Vape Lyfe its a great place to hang out and "talk shop".

$6 overpriced on a brand of vape juice I buy all the time. And then sold me a $5 lighter THAT LASTED ME LESS THAN 24 hours

I didn’t care for the customer service.. When I went in, there were 5 employees in the store. I was the only customer at the time. I was greeted by 1 employee while the other 4 sat at the counter, vaping & going on as if they were in a bar. Not a “Hello” or a “Welcome” from any of them. The gal helping me was nice but not very knowledgeable. Didn’t explain or talk-up the features & benefits of the various devices. I purchased a device & 1 bottle of juice. As she was ringing me up, she called out to one of the 4 others sitting at the counter… 4 times, until I, myself, turned to them to get their attention! I don’t think these are bad people, but experience with & knowledge of your products goes a long way. Also, maybe an attempt at good customer service is in order. Probably will not return to that particular store.

Mia is amazing! Very helpful and friendly and very informative! I'm new to vaping and feel extremely comfortable with the knowledge shes helped me obtain. Will definitely be back! And the reward program is awesome!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable when dealing with me. Explaining what kind of ingredients were in my usual vap verses what was for sale in the store. She was very helpful when it came to opening the product and showing me how it was to be used, all around stopping in to purchase from vflavors was a good experience and I would recommend the shop if your looking for good quality products and great customer service!
