Good, hilly, medium sized public park with hiking/running trails, basketball courts, playground and ball field. Limited public parking - the only I could find is at the corner of South Fife st and 58th.

Love the park very friendly family friendly pet owners friendly it just needs a little Doggy Daycare area for the animal lovers out there but other than that everything looks good and clean the homeless people that live in the woods if you don't bother them they won't bother you and they pretty much keep it clean

I went to cool off in the spray park and only half of the sprinklers were on. There was a lot of sharing. The park was clean and the grass was green. The bathroom was open and clean and the water fountain was on. There were several families there. I felt much better after I was cooled off.

It's been awhile since I've walked the trails. But I had a nice walk around the park on a bone chilling winters day, lol. The sun was out and surely needed the stretch. Nice 2 have a place like this close 2 home

Fantastic place to see the cherry blossoms. Last year we did so without even getting out of the car. Easy to park on the street. There's a nice kids playground, a basketball court, and a large field. Enough people to not feel lonely but not crowded either.

Wapato Park isn't the same as when us Gen X'ers played here. You can't swim here anymore. No more paddle boats to go on the lake with. But I will say you probably feel safer walking the trails. Why? Becuz TPD has a substation right there on Park grounds.

Nice park. Good sized area for the dogs... never a " lake" person.. but others dont seem to mind it

The park is ok. Often busy with bigger games of basketball then i usually see at other parks which is cool. The traffic tends to speed around the area so watch the little ones and out of all the spray parks in tacoma this one could use the most maintenance. Maybe the city can use some of that marijuana money that is supposed to be going towards fixing the roads to fix the parks instead

Park is clean, though currently the large slide is closed and in need of repairs. We really enjoyed the unique three-person swing here!

Great park that I love to walk with my dog! Nice playgrounds and multiple paths. There’s a community garden too. Great view from the top! Might not want to walk your kids too late as I’ve caught some inappropriate behavior but other than that great place to go! Also saw a coyote once.

Great little community park. Large green space, four basketball hoops and good size play area.
