Great experience at this Cheesecake Factory! We had reservations for 2:45, got there at 2:30 and we were seated almost immediately. We ordered around 240 and our food was brought to us by 2:55! That's quick service! The food was warm and delicious! Thanks for the great service, Josh!

I had the lasagna and it was absolutely delicious. When I ordered it, I was advised that it did not have any meat and that it really is a vegetarian meal with mushroom topping. Our waiter said a lot of people think it actually has meat but it does not. Our waiter was so right on. It really did taste like a meat topping but without the grease. Needless to say I highly recommend it.

This review is from when I came here April 7th. We made a reservation after reading all the horrible reviews about wait time. We still ended up waiting 15 minutes. A little frustrating, but no big deal. Things happen. The menu is huge and a little overwhelming at times. Part of me feels like getting the Thai, Indian, and Chinese dishes offered here would be a bad idea. If anything, I’d go to an authentic restaurant or support a smaller business if I wanted any of those dishes. The prices are a bit much for what you get in my opinion. If the food and proportions were better then I’d say it’s worth the money. The atmosphere is nice. It’s busy, a little loud, and dimly lit. One thing I’ve always disliked about this place is how dark it is in here. Our server was nice! She was friendly and checked on us to make sure things were going well and that we weren’t waiting too long. And she pointed out some of the popular beverages and cheesecakes and which ones she thought were good as well. Another server, Tammy (I think that was her name), wasn’t even serving us and she was so busy too, but she still stopped by and let me know that my phone was falling out of my pocket. That was so sweet of her to do that when she was already running around. The food… not horrible but not amazing. Our bread came burnt and cold so that was a no go. It was free, so that’s nice…but it’s like gifting a broken toy. You can’t use it, so what’s the point? You can’t eat cold bricks, so what’s the point in giving it? Our drinks, on the other hand, were delicious! I’d pay for the drinks again. I think I preferred the more minty, refreshing beverage than the guava one. Our main dishes… 1.) the bacon cheeseburger… “Charbroiled and Covered with Melted Cheddar and American Cheese, Crispy Bacon, Thick-Cut Slow Roasted Smoked Bacon and Secret Sauce”…tasted like any other diner burger but a little more disappointing since the cheese wasn’t melted and slightly cold and clumpy in the middle, the patty itself was small so most of what I ate was bread, the consistency of the slices of bacon was weird (the two chunks of bacon on the plate were on my burger and it was just squishy and disgusting), and there was no secret sauce on my burger. It was straight ketchup. And I hate ketchup. 2.) French dip cheeseburger… “Charbroiled Cheeseburger Served on a Toasted Brioche Roll with Grilled Onions, Sriracha Mayo and Au Jus for Dipping”… definitely came with onions, but did not come made with sriracha mayo, so it wasn’t very flavorful and overall disappointing. The Au Jus also had this blue plastic, hard thing in the bowl and it was pretty stuck in there too. I wish we had noticed it earlier. Stuff like that is gross. 3.) Cheesecakes!! We got the peanut butter one and the Cinnabon one. Delicious. Worth the money. Would come again and will be coming just for the cheesecakes. Everything else…pass. Pros: •nice, attentive staff •cheesecake is delicious and worth the money Cons: •food…which is the main reason of coming here •prices of main food… because the food wasn’t worth it •cleanliness is questionable

I’m sad about this, but I always have to make sure my reviews are fair and paint an accurate picture for people who have never been to the these places. I used to love Cheesecake Factory. I’m all about Linda’s Fudge Cake. The staff was always so courteous, so helpful. However, things have changed. I called to order pickup. Was left on hold for 20+ minutes. Figured I would just order on my phone to save them the effort. I ordered 1 piece of fudge cake for pick up. They messaged me saying my order was ready within 10 minutes (awesome), so I went in. Walked straight in to a hot mess of people crowded around the front door area, awaiting tables. Some had masks, some didn’t. No one was enforcing the use of masks on people who had yet to be seated. Okay, to each their own. Staff was running everywhere. Can definitely say they were not at all short staffed. No one greeted anyone. If we wanted service, we had to search for it. After searching for a person to help me figure out where to pick up, since they have no signs to direct people, they asked my name and I was asked to wait. I was good with that. Until the wait became ridiculous. The server finally pops up with my cake, trying to hand it to someone else. Then asks another person. She doesn’t ask the only person standing alone next to the pick up counter? Is all common sense lost? Oh well. I got my fudge cake now. Just such a frustrating process. I feel conflicted as to whether or not I’ll be ordering again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful meal, and Tialha was our server. She took wonderful care of us and even persuaded us to share the Cherry Cheesecake! Yummy Yummy Yummy! Oh ya the diner was also fantastic! We had the Spicy Posta and the Skinny Chicken Piccota. We will definitely be back.

It’s always a hit or miss here. I’ve been to this CF a few times and it’s only been really good once. Most times, the food is alright, but is “alright” worth the price I’m paying for my meal? This has only happened to me at the Tacoma mall CF so this review doesn’t for all CFs. The cheesecake of course, is always good.

The cheese cake factory has good food. Overpriced but it’s a great place to go for a special occasion. I ordered a Hibachi Steak and it was delicious. Highly recommend it. The waiter was great, wait time was decent.

We enjoyed our visit to The Cheesecake Factory the food was delicious. Annalea was our server|waitress. Also Taylor was the 2nd person we saw but was the 1st to greet us and answer our questions about the cheesecakes. The hospitality we experienced was great, but could be better. Annalea was very knowledgeable, patient and was overall she was great. The food was delicious. But there are about 3 things they need to improve. Our first basket of bread was so hard but we ate it anyway, the 2nd basket of bread was soft, the Jambalaya was dry and never got a refill on my strawberry lemonade. Besides that we had a great time here

We ate here around 1pm for a party of 4 ppl on Sat and it was pretty easy-going. Not too busy, beautiful day with great service. Food was delicious and our server was friendly and respectful. Great choice selection but the menu was huge with tiny letters so it took us a moment. We love their cheesecake and dessert menu though. Vast flavors to choose & they all look too yummy to eat. Restaurant was clean & very nice.

First time to eat at a Cheesecake Factory. Not a bad first impression, the food was flavorful. The cost was a bit pricey, but i guess it's like everywhere else. Businesses making up for the covid shutdown. But overall great food and great customer service. Highly recommend this location for those visiting Tacoma.

On Saturday and Sunday they have a brunch menu til 2:00pm. I had the cinnamon swirl pancakes. They were huge, big enough to share. My husband had build your own omelet. Good interesting choices for brunch. They said 40 minute wait but we were seated in 10 minutes.UPDATE APRIL 11 I tried the monte Cristo sandwich off the brunch menu, it was very good, something different.

This was the first time eating here and I have to say there are so many options to pick for food. The food was amazing and drinks were very delicious. The staff was super friendly. The waitress notified us that she was going on break and that another one would be there to cover if we needed anything. As well another came out to let us know the food would be out shortly. This was done without us asking which I feel shows that they value their customers. We waited about 30 minutes for a seat but overall was worth the wait. We ended up shopping in the mall while we waited. Once our table was available they sent a text message to notify us. The restaurant itself was very clean.

My son got a new job so I took him to lunch here. It’s a very fun place at the Tacoma Mall with great decor. The server was astounding and friendly. Great warm bread. Very original hamburgers. The cheesecakes, of course, are really the star.

Cool spot. Our server was great! Though they didn't have any factory meatloaf nor did they have the skinny cosmopolitan. So I got the regular sized drink.Anyway, the cobb salad was awesome and hubby's shepherd's pie looked tasty.

The food was great, but over priced. I had the filet mingon meal and my wife had the Salmon and Steak Diane. My meal was excellent, but my wife's meal was a little too sweet for both our likings. I did not enjoy the ambiance because the environment was very dark, crowded, and somewhat loud. Our 2x meals 2x soft drinks, 1x dessert, 1x appetizer, 1x alcoholic beverage and tax totaled to $160.02. To be fair we did order steak meals; however, I still feel the value is missing for the overall experience. I would try The Cheesecake Factory again, but I'd probably request my meal to go or try a different location other than the Tacom mall. The location wasn't bad, just not for me. Overall OK experience.

I think the cheesecake factory is really good. I enjoy the shepherd's pie it's one of my favorite dishes to get here. I don't get any of the pasta dishes because our courageous noodles were sauce. Most of the cheesecakes are really delicious. I've had about 7 of them. Some of them were little too sweet I don't do the chocolate. But one of my favorites is the keylime.

The food was very good, and had happy hour offerings. Loved the shrimp. The corn tamales were good tasting but odd to eat. Seems almost like a dip. Also had their warm spinach dip which is very delicious. The drinks were good. I now have tried 3 different types of cheesecake. I am not a fan which is the biggest reason I rated the food 3 star. Always enjoy the atmosphere and the staff is very nice.

Enjoyed a nice lunch with my partner. Couldn't decide what I wanted so I went with my go-to the Chicken Bellagio! As always was delicious! We sat at the bar? TAMMI (TAMARA) was great! Personality, engaging, gave honest opinions when we had questions. Staff were friendly, they didn't have our favorite bread ready, the signature brown loaf, so that was disappointing. We prefer lunch, typically better service and less wait time! We will be back!! Have that bread available, I'm sure many people love it!

We had a good Experience at the Tacoma location of cheesecake factory. No wait time at 4 pm on a Saturday. I applaud the restaurant chain for it's consistency. Reliable servers, good tasting food, and it comes out hot without too long of a wait. Bread and butter was spectacular as always.

We came here for lunch over the weekend and overall it read just average. The food was just okay, I do recommend the Bang Bang Chicken if you like Thai flavors, it's pretty good. The sandwiches were bland, there wasn't a lot of people when we came but it was still slow service. Our waitress was very nice so wasn't a service issue. I just think for the prices, I would expect more flavor to the food than what we experienced, maybe it was just an off day. I'm sure we will try it again. I do gotta say, I personally like that they have a lot to choose from though it takes longer to decide on your meal, if you don't come here often. We will give it another shot soon I think.

We went for Sunday Brunch. Great menu choices for breakfast & brunch. Huge portions (typical for the Factory). I had the lemon ricotta pancakes. They were very good. Would love smaller portion options, so if you go—go hungry!

I loved this location, and the food was excellent. The service was great, and the high quality of customer service to get us a seat when entering the building was going an extra mile. Not to mention they were closing when we checked out, so the bread to go was a plus. Thank you!

I drove 45 minutes for possibly the worst cheesecake factory meal I’ve ever had. I got the Louisiana chicken pasta and Tex-Mex eggrolls and as soon as I got home and tasted the eggrolls, they didn’t taste like they were done all the way and then the chicken on the pasta was burnt and taste like rubber, and the pasta was dry and barely had any sauce highly disappointed, and I will never go to this location again. I should’ve known something was up when I put my order in at 7:10 and nine minutes later I got a text message saying that my order was ready to be picked up.

This chain is well known for their gigantic plates and marginal service. Like any Factory location, you'll wait an hour to be seated, and you'll receive courteous service that is designed to be economical. The portions are large, so expect to take leftovers.

Food was fine like any other cheese cake factory. The menu is extensive and they have something for everyone! I got the vegan cobb salad and it was huge!!!! Definitely shareable. Full of fresh ingredients and very good! Appetizers were great hits at our table! We got the calamari, spinach dip, and the avacado egg rolls! All were great! Service by our waitress at the table was great! However the front desk host seemed to have mixed up our large party reservation and didn’t take note of the phone call (day of) to increase from 6 to 9 (like we were told to do well before the day of our reservation). And then we show up and told we would have to wait an hour, it just didn’t sit right. Eventually after waiting nearly 45mins to the hour (like they said) we were seated. Just sad to see other large groups getting seat before us when we were definitely all there and there before the other party. I am very understanding on busy nights, but this service by the host staff up front, was less than subpar and the communication method was not friendly. It could have been better. Guess just know if you have a group over 6, you will likely have to wait an hour for them to make adjustments, doesn’t matter much when you call ahead.

The Crispy Brussel Sprouts were so crunchy and flavorful. I also had the Renee's Special with the Chicken-Almond Salad Sandwich, Caesar Salad, and cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup. The soup was so delicious and the salad had the perfect amount of dressing. To end the meal I had the Key Lime Cheesecake which was so tart and creamy. The crust was perfect as well.

Wonderful family restaurant! Good drinks. Good food. Amazing cheesecake! Not a carb friendly place and a bit steep on the pocket book. Would eat here again!

We dined in for lunch, told there was a limited menu. (Normal for a lot of restaurants right now) We ordered bistro shrimp pasta, mini corn dogs, fried zucchini, and steak Diane. My favorite lemon torte is no longer available so only a four star.

  • 4/5 Chris W. 1 year ago on Google
The food was good as usual, but the service was lacking. Always had to ask for refills on drinks, took over 2 hours to get food and dessert. One slice of cheese cake took them 20 minutes to deliver to our table. Maybe our server was new?
