Have been to a couple concerts/festivals at the Tacoma dome. Rating is based on the experience I had there, not the reputation of the area or anything else. I very much enjoyed my time. The first instance was Life In Color, I did not stay in the area overnight. Felt safe with a good amount of police coverage and wasn't crazy crowded by any means. The second time (pictured) was Tool. Stayed at the nearby EQC. Avoid the areas they mention. Also a great experience, organized, and safe. One star off as it feels like a very old venue. Vibes of a 90s college arena, nothing feels modern, floors, walls, to ceiling.

The clear bag only requirement was an inconvenience as I had to carry my diabetic meter inside and carry it around. Will be buying a clear backpack for this venue. The food and drink were expensive (as expected). The venue was clean. Plenty of staff around and dressed to stand out from the crowd in case of needing help. Our seats relatively easy to find. Asked for help from a woman with a map who directed us. Overall a lovely experience.

They moved a lot of people pretty efficiently. The seats in upper level too small and the Isles are like 26 across feel sorry for the middle. The event was nice though. It's very old and needs updating.

I went to the A7X concert while recovering from unplanned surgery. The staff was so accommodating! They allowed me to use their wheelchairs as needed and even helped get me seating I could easily get in and out of. I noticed the staff is attentive and I felt very safe. They offered their help often. The venue was very clean. Bathrooms were easily accessible in a wheelchair. Parking was really easy too.

Went to monster jam with my son and wife. The venue was great. Food and bathrooms were always nearby, and for a four year old that's important. We had a blast. The place was much smaller than most other stadium type places we've been, but that wasn't a bad thing. The staff were nice, parking was easy, and getting in and out was like going to the movies on a Wednesday.

The acoustics were excellent. Parking was very, very, very difficult, but the venue was easy to enter and exit. Bathrooms were clean. We couldn't find any place to buy concert shirts, though

Tacoma dome is not my favorite venue because of the location and strict "clear bag" rule, BUT I'll admit that this rule allows for a quicker admittance. I have enjoyed all concerts I've been to at this venue. Women's restroom lines are terribly long but I'd expect that from a busy concert. Staff is nice and informative if you get lost. Overall, I'd mostly have positive things to say if a friend told me they would be going to Tacoma Dome for the first time.
