Hiking up Apsan park is highly recommended! This was an extremely enjoyable hike, for beginners, there is a cable car to bring you up about more than halfway, the path up to the peak of Apsan at 658m is generally very safe, continuing further past that point consists of very rocky roads that require proper hiking gear.

It's not only good for hiking during summer days but also good to do the hike during winter season. You can enjoy the snow flakes shattered all around the mountains while taking the cable car. The overlooking city view is fantastic and overwhelming. It's such a great experience to be here during this season. Must to bring hand gloves and make sure to be warm during winter to not make you catch the cold & caught.

Park is a large wilderness park located in the south of Daegu, South Korea. It covers a series of valleys and peaks of Apsan mountain, therefore a series of trails lead to the various peaks. Going for a hike at Apsan is definitely worthwhile experience. There are restaurants too nearby.

Absolutely amazing and a must see while in Korea 🇰🇷.. Plan on spending 1-2 hours.

5th or 6th time visiting. They have improved a bit of the path to the main observation deck and opened up another through the back of the cafe

If you don't like hiking, don't waste your time, you like a challenging hike this is perfect. The mountains are amazing, breath taking!

Nice park in the middle of Daegu. Interesting hiking trail.

This does not include Apsan Observatory and Apsan Fotress remains. Near this park there is Cable car ticket booth. You can get to the observatory more easily. Around the park there are many things such as statues, memorial hall and so on. It is good place to seek seclusion from the world.

Good place for hiking -- several options to reach to the summit. Easy access by bus.

Nothing much to shout about.
