I
had
a
horrible
experience
at
the
Riverside
location
today.
I
was
on
hold
for
10
minutes
before
speaking
with
a
representative
for
a
same-day
appointment.
I
was
seen
15
min.
after
my
appointment
time
and
after
waiting
an
additional
30
min.,
I
left
without
seeing
the
practitioner.
I
did
run
into
the
MA
and
the
practitioner
in
the
hallway
and
overheard
the
practitioner
telling
the
MA
that
she
didn’t
care
that
I
had
been
waiting
for
my
appointment.
The
MA
ran
the
test
that
I
needed
and
messed
it
up,
so
I
will
need
to
return
to
the
office
for
a
redo,
and
I
am
sure
they’ll
still
charge
me
for
todays
failed
visit.
The
Riverside
location
is
poorly
run,
the
medical
staff
are
uneducated,
and
the
staff
are
not
willing
to
help.
I’ve
never
been
seen
within
15
min.
of
my
appointment
before;
the
practitioners
are
always
running
late
and
do
not
take
ownership
of
their
actions.
I
always
leave
feeling
disrespected
and
worse
than
when
I
came.
It’s
always
a
process
to
convince
myself
to
get
medical
care
and
to
step
foot
in
this
horrible
place.

Oh
don't
worry,
I
submitted
a
complaint
through
the
website
and
am
looking
forward
to
hearing
from
CHCB.
