Poor customer service, broken glasses, and overcooked food. Reached the restaurant at 2:40 pm and got our food at 3:28 pm. I would understand if they are understaffed but the reason our food got is that they ran out of rice. They should have let us know of the situation and gave us a choice if we want to stay or not. Drink Glasses they served us were broken and the water they served it with started leaking. The crispy sisig and adobo we ordered were over cooked and not hot.

Banis rice in a box is located inside picnic grove in tagaytay. It offers chicken, beef, pork and veggies mixed with rice in a box. Price ranges from 120-200php per box. We ate here because its a pet friendly resto inside picnic groove. Only dine in customers are allowed to use their toilet. The resto can easly accomodate 50 customers

When we ate here, the sisig was not good especially ung amoy and lasa ng taba like parang masisira na. Di na uulit dito.

Disappointing. Walang libreng sabaw. Lol.
