Big and interesting mall with shops, cafes, restaurants and others places. Great place for family and children's, shopping and walking.

An open spaced mall or open air mall full of restaurants and few branded boutiques. They have a mall with cheaper prices and a supermarket which you can buy your everyday groceries. They also have a pharmacy and 7-11 inside. An arcade to have fun and tea/coffee shops. They also have health related salons and spa. They also have a shop for baking. They also held events and bazaars during special holidays. The traffic is moderate to heavy specially during holidays. A large concrete foot bridge is accessible for commuters which also can give a glimpse of the Batanggas province. The landmark to get here is Days hotel, Serin west Condominiums, Lourdes Cathedral. A 15 minute walk from Olivarez plaza and Fora mall thru the Highway. 10 minute walk from Fora Mall if you are in the service road in the back entrance of the mall.

Multi level strip mall with lots of open spaces to take advantage of the Tagaytay weather. This popular place is always packed. Feels like a community mall with lots of restaurants and a few retails stores. Only a few fashion brands available with a standard book, supermarket and drug store. A bit crowded and the parking is difficult with no u-turn slot toward the rotunda when you exit the mall due to huge traffic in the main street.

Parking minimal as compared to other Ayala Malls. They have open space in between the two structures which houses the stores and restaurants. If you like to eat then this mall is more of dining rather than shopping. Currency exchange are available at the ground floor and other similar services.

One of the homiest malls in the country. Love the laid back atmosphere. Cool Tagaytay weather of course is a plus. I think it has all the basics of a mall covered, except the cinema. But you can get that already in the bigger mall beside it (Fora).

This place is the only place I know in Tagaytay where you can box Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft gaming consoles. Hopefully, they stock up on next-gen consoles like PS5, XBSX or the Switch Pro

It uses less artificial cooling which is good for the environment. There are lots of options to choose from, whether eating (Filipino, American, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, and French cuisines) or shopping well-known brands (Nike, Adidas, Vans, Grind, etc.), although sometimes they might not sell the latest trends of apparels and footwears, still it’s better than nothing. Supermarket has varieties of imported products which is good. Department store looks like a tiangge which is bad but convenient. There were already a lot of stores that closed due to them not generating enough profit. Right now, a 7-eleven is being developed which is very convenient than when it was Family Mart. Parking is another problem during weekends, people staying at the condo park their car in Serin coz they can’t afford to buy a parking slot. It makes parking for locals a challenge Checkout at the supermarket takes too long since they don’t open all counters especially during Friday night. Some elevators might be on maintenance and therefore can’t be used during peak hours

This place is awesome.whats more exciting about this place is the malls are connected its like 6 or more than shopping malls are connected.from signatures to divisoria price they have here in ayala,plus the ambiance here is the best,lots of coffee shops and finest restaurants,fastfoods,foodcourts plus they have groceries here also and promise your wholeday is not enough if you want to shop or window shop.its all here and its near the hotels too and condo im pretty sure youll gonna love it ☺😍

Not a big Mall but very clean and nice. I liked the food court with the various choices. 1 hour free WiFi that real work. There is Walter Mart inside and many shops. Well served by Bus and Jeapney.
