Grant Hyatt Manila exceeded all my expectations, making my stay an absolute dream. The hotel staff treated me like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was a luxurious retreat, elegantly designed and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. The breathtaking views from my window added an extra touch of magic. The dining experience at Grant Hyatt Manila was nothing short of extraordinary. Each restaurant offered a unique culinary journey, with exceptional dishes prepared with utmost care and creativity. From breakfast to dinner, my taste buds were delighted. The hotel's facilities and amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine, and the spa provided much-needed relaxation. Fantastic hotel with amazing and friendly staff! The rooms are high end and well maintained. The hotel food at the lounge and pool restaurant was great however the kitchen restaurant menu isn't that great with a locked in menu set for each menu item with limit ability to change anything (If you want the steak or any other dish you must get the associated dish as well. Even if it's something you don't like or eat as it is a paired menu). The hotel has a bar and night club on the top floor known as "The Peak" with a roof top view for dinner and drinks. This place is 100% worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. The lounge area overlooks the main foyer with live music and a bar. The lounge bar was managed by a gentleman called Vito. Vito is hands down the most genuine and best bar tender I come across during my stay in the Philippines and he can definitely make a good drink. If you have a afternoon to relax then I highly recommend grabbing a seat at the bar have a chat and ask him to surprise you! You won't regret it. Overall the stay, hotel amenities, pool and food was above and beyond and I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! I will most definitely be back! Thank you

Loved the pool area and great gym. Arun the chef manager in the buffet was outstanding!!! As was Emily and Rich. Warm and welcoming. Had a wonderful time staying here. It’s always the people that make it just that extra but better.

The service isn't that great especially if its for a five star hotel. I have spent my quarantine in this hotel and there were issues I encountered that was not addressed. This would my first and last that I would be staying here in this hotel. First, the TV is definitely not functioning property and it turns off by itself every 10-15 min and they said someone will have a look into it but none. Second, food is cold and a bit bland so I requested for a sachet of salt and pepper and did not arrive though I asked for it over the phone. Third, the fridge is making alot of weird noise from time to time. The price of staying here is not worth it. I would rather spend it in a cheaper, 3 or 4 star hotel. It does not live up to my experience like in any other 5-star hotels.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days of our quarantine period. The room is huge and beautiful. The facilities are great. The staff were all very accommodating and warm. Would love to come back and stay again on a normal day to get an overall experience of the hotel.

One of the grandest Grand Hyatt I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is new. This hotel must have the best view of Manila if you are staying on higher floors. I booked the Grand Executive suite on the 57th floor for three nights. The room is very spacious. I love every details of it. But I think they missed the opportunity of having a bathroom with a view. It must be nice to soaked in the bathtub with the view of Manila. I would give five stars but the service is not very attentive and friendly.

What can I say about this place? It's amazing and they do amazing customer service without being asked. I truly appreciate their gesture of giving us complimentary cake and champagne during our stay. The rooms were designed quite well and very unique. They're also large in size and well maintained. The location is prime in BGC where Bonifacio High Street is within walking distance. The staff is amazing and seems to love their jobs. I truly appreciate the small gestures their team does to ensure you have a positive stay. I'm Hilton Gold but I'm now reconsidering taking a plunge with World Of Hyatt if this type of service is what they provide. Overall a great stay!

Our experience and stay here was very pleasant. Special mention to Janine at the front desk as she was very accommodating and nice. She found out we recently got married and had to arrange something simple but special in our room when we got back. Thank you Janine! All employees actually were also very approachable. All smiles at the lobby, resto everywhere actually. Thank you for making our stay special. ♥️

The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, elegantly designed, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation, they truly made me feel like a valued guest. The facilities at Grand Hyatt Manila were top-notch. The gym was well-equipped, and I enjoyed unwinding at the spa after a long day of exploring the city. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Being close to shopping and entertainment options made it convenient for me to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Manila. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended! I can't wait to return again!

It was an amazing stay. During check-in, they asked if are we celebrating something and we told them that we’ll be having our wedding tomorrow, then the staff said that they will prepare a special gift to celebrate our wedding. Then that night, they sent us chocolate cake and wine which is free. The room is spacious, it also has a nice high view since this hotel as of now the tallest building in the philippines. The staff are also attentive in the intercom. The hotel is very secure, we were expecting visitors which is our makeup artists and a photographer. The hotel staff asked for their IDs and made sure that their the right people before they send them up to our rooms.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds and modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet access. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions for local attractions. They also had a great selection of dining options, including a restaurant with a varied menu and a cozy lounge for drinks and small bites. The fitness center was also impressive, with a variety of equipment and free weights for guests to use. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff, amenities, and dining options were top-notch, and while there were some minor issues, they did not detract from my overall experience.

From check-in to check out, my time at Grand Hyatt Manila, over New Years, was absolutely great. All staff were super polite and helpful. The hotel itself was of expected Hyatt standards. There is also the added benefit of being in close proximity to Uptown Mall and Uptown parade. It made shopping and getting a bite to eat, easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, especially watching the new year fireworks from my room.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, however I went to the Peak as a walk in and it was a nice experience. It’s on the 60th floor and the night was breezy. We ordered Rosé wine and beef burgers with french fries. The burgers were small yes delicious so if you are hungry it might not be enough. It’s a bit noisy inside so you can just dance and chill listening to the DJ or a live band. If you are on a date or with a friend and you wanna chat you should go outdoors it’s more quiet.

My family and I have stayed here several times since it first opened. Since the pandemic started, we've stayed here twice and it is definitely worth the stay everytime. They staff are very accommodating and very family friendly. Rooms are spacious enough for a family with small kids. You can walk to the nearby Uptown Mall if you want to eat out. It's perfect for a staycation especially if your kids love swimming. There's a kid's pool with fountains, and jacuzzi hidden in opposite ends of the main pool. The pool itself has the perfect temperature even in the morning and is only 4 feet deep. There are plenty of gazebos if you just want to relax poolside. Looking forward to our next stay here!

The Grand Hyatt Hotel in Manila offers an exquisite and luxurious stay experience. From its elegant and modern rooms to its world-class amenities, the hotel provides a blend of comfort and sophistication. The staff's exceptional service ensures a memorable stay, while the diverse dining options cater to various palates. Its central location allows easy access to key attractions. However, some guests might find it pricey. Overall, the Grand Hyatt Manila stands out for its opulence and top-notch hospitality.

This last visit was quite a change from when we first visited a few years ago. There are more staff. More attentive staff that are always ready to provide assistance at a moments notice. Sometimes, no notice. They volunteer their assistance with a smile. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. The lounge is awesome with a great selection of food.

So I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 2 weeks and had Rosel as my house keeper and she was AWESOME! She called me madam and was very very nice. She cleaned my room fast and made sure to provide extra towels and ensured me that she was there to assist in any way possible. She is the best!

First time at a luxury hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights. Room service was great. Everything was clean. The lobby was beautiful with Christmas decorations. The swimming pool area was nice. Only complaint would be that it took us 12-15 mins to get to our room after checking in. We were not escorted to our room, we were ignorant on how to use the elevator in which you had to scan your provided hotel card to operate to get to your room. But overall it was a well received experience.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Manila and was blown away by the level of luxury and comfort offered. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and taken care of by the friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed and provided breathtaking views of the city. The on-site restaurants offered delicious dining options, and the pool and fitness center were top-notch. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in BGC, Manila for 3 nights. The hotel is fabulous and all the staff are friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. We could not recommend this hotel enough. Definitely worth 5 stars. We will have stay again when we return to Manila later in the month. Thank you all for making our stay memorable and thank you for our anniversary cake. So thoughtful. No complaints. Stayed in king size bedroom. Amazing view, from 52nd floor. Gym was small, but ok. Pool area was nice, but couldn't really use the pool due to monsoon. Would absolutely recommend the hotel breakfast, especially if you're Vegan! Stayed 2 weeks in the city, was a struggle finding vegan options, but at least we could rely on quality and diversity of the hotel breakfast. Staff was also extremely kind.

Outstanding property with great ambience and very helpful staff at reception. Location is quite good in close vicinity of a lot of malls and restaurants. Rooms are quite nice, and surprisingly unique amenities are provided, such as twin shower areas along with twin bedrooms. This is a very good feature, as it is so convenient for both people staying in one room. Service is speedy and upto mark. In short we enjoy our stay here. We will be in room 4621 till 13.4.23, so having a great time.

I thought I’ve seen all Hyatt Hotels. I thought that when I’ve seen one (or stayed in one), I’ve seen all. But the Grad Hyatt is different. There’s elegance. From the moment you walk in the huge doors, get assistance from the front desk and finally ushered into your room— it’s a different out of this world experience. The Manila Grand Hyatt Hotel experience BGC is world class. Even self-parking is no hassle. Depending on which floor you get to stay, the Hyatt offers an almost 360-degree view of Metro Manila’s urban landscape. But one of the very good points that the Grand Hyatt has is that it’s support to the environment. Hyatt does not make use of plastic bottles and other single-use plastics that are harmful to the environment. The complimentary drinking water in rooms are stored in glass bottles— a very good strategic partnership with Summit mineral water. Makes in-room coffee very good and tasty.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Manila was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic and provides easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with any requests. The breakfast buffet is impressive with a wide selection of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel's facilities are also top-notch, including the gym, pool, and spa. My only minor issue was the occasional noise from the street, but this is to be expected given the hotel's central location. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Manila for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Manila.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

One of the best hotels I've ever been! Starting from the transport (I was travelling 4 work) from the airport to the hotel was perfect organisation. Everyone working for that hotel is unbelievable friendly and taking care about every wish u may have. Breakfast was just awesome really u can have everything u want here, fresh and so nice prepared. Rooms r big, clean and perfectly equipped. The view from my room (floor 52) was just wow! During my stay I didn't miss anything it was just perfect and if I could u would receive 10 stars :) especially to the team working at this hotel, big thanks I felt really comfortable at this place. *special thx and greetings 2 the most caring and sympathetic employee Rich, who was so nice and courteous during breakfast!

Recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Manila. Up there with the best level of service and hospitality throughout my entire stay that I’ve had. Every interaction I had with any of their team was always very positive, asking whether there was anything else they could help with etc. Hotel is well maintained and the room I had still felt very new with all the amenities you’d expect. The Lounge has an above average range of both breakfast and afternoon tea / early evening options. The gym is available 24/7 with the standard offerings of equipment that you see at other Grand Hyatt’s in Asia (ie primarily machines, 1x smith machine, no barbells and dumbbells up to 30kg). Overall would highly recommend.

Stayed on the 41st floor with a great view of Laguna Lake. This hotel is the tallest hotel in Metro Manila. The room is decorated warmly with wood tones. There is a totally separate toilet away from the shower and vanity which is a nice touch. There is also a walk in closet. A minor complaint would be since the floor is mostly wood paneled, with carpeting found only in the area surrounding the bed, you will definitely hear loud stomping from the unit above if present. That is what I experienced. Im guessing its a kid or two having a good time running around the room and slamming the sliding door of the toilet area. The sheer curtain also has some sign of age as the handle which is used to pull it apart is missing one rod. So people have been pulling on the actual fabric. Anyway. Just minor issues. Had a pleasant stay

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and the upgrade was clutch. The service was impressive and impeccable. The 57th floor has an amazing view. I want to give a special shout out to Hanna who tended to all my needs during breakfast on my first day at the Hyatt. She was so kind, gentle, and pay detailed attention to everything. If you stay in Manila, please stay at the Grand Hyatt. 5/5

Great facilities, truly luxurious ambiance, and amazing staff. We were able to check in early and enjoyed our stay. Since it's in BGC, most of the other guests are business people, unlike Okada which has slowly turned into a generic mall.

1out of 5 stars definitely won’t be staying here every again! My family and I stayed for 2 nights and we are very disappointed on the service and how they handled the medical incident that happened to my 1 yr old daughter. We stayed at this hotel since my brother booked the grand ballroom for their wedding reception. The morning of the wedding, we woke up to see my 1 yr daughter had swollen insect bite marks on her right arm and hand, she was restless the whole day, unable to take her usual naps. We called the hotel nurse to have the insect marks checked and she confirmed that they are bed bug bites. We had raised this to Asst Manager Love and Manager Joselito but they insisted that they had our room checked on the same day of the incident with their 3rd party pest control and they will email us the report that no bed bugs were seen. To think, that is was our 1 yr old daughter who was bitten by the bed bugs, this hotel has no heart and compassion. They moved us into another room but did not set up our room well. The extra bed we paid for was not set up and we requested for a cover in the bathroom mirror which they also did not do. Up until now, we have not received any pest control report from them which they hold dearly as their excuse for this very inconsiderate and unacceptable service from this hotel.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Grand Hyatt over the long weekend from October 30. From the parking up to reception center as smooth. We expected a lot of people but the there were only a few of us checking in at the time we were there. They are requiring face shields but since we forgot one, we were able to buy at the Florentine. The price is understandably higher though compared to outside. We got to our 35th floor room and delighted by the view of Makati and Manila Bay. Room service was superb. I particularly like how they address you by your name when calling in-room service. Breakfast at the 2nd floor restaurant was served on a per order basis, which we preferred at this time rather than a stand up buffet. Poolside dining was a highlight of our second day. Overall, it was an exceptional staycation. We hope to book again for the New Year.

My great friend introduced me to this hotel and invited me to stay with her. She always told me how amazing the hotel is especially the staff and pool. We arrived and Ingrid at the reception gave us a warm welcom. Alex cheerfully helped us with our baggage. As we unpacked our things Lheonel from housekeeping came to provide extra service. He remembered all the request from the previous time and brought the items over. We had a relaxing breakfast for both mornings. We had Kate on our first day. She was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool house barbecue for all the nights we stayed. Alqueen had exceptional customer service. He was able to cater to our needs without being prompted. Chef Nekko's food was scrumptious and Bartender Jessie mixed delicious juicy drinks. Anne, Debbie and Angie guided us each time we used the pool. They were so lovely. Jenny was so kind to guide us. Mark and Jhay Ar helped with our pool needs they provided menus and towels. Also helped setup the towels for us. Thank you for making our stay memorable :) This is a late post as we stayed May 15 to 17.

Tacky sums it up, attended a very expensive private lunch but still need a password for the access their rather slow WiFi. Then on on leaving, charged 50 pesos at the carpark exit 'because your restaurant endorsed parking ticket only covers 2 hours'. More like a low sent shopping mall than a so called 5 Star Hotel.

Most of the restaurants were closed but was not informed when making arrangements for reservations. The hotel management also assured us that there would be buffet breakfast but is actually a lie and you need to order from menu. However the hotel itself was beautiful and well maintained but its the hotel service staff that makes the whole experience terrible.

As the name says, it is located in BGC a new and future ready district based in Taguig City. Services were good although there seem to be some waiting times for check in administratively. The rooms were good albeit some blown bulbs etc. For the price right now it is still pretty much worth it for a 5 star hotel. Nearby to most commercial buildings for business travellers and night spots nearby.

Not a hotel review. A food review. Annoyingly enough I find their food lacking flavor. The butter chicken wasn’t that bad but that’s what they say is one of their best dishes. The other dishes are just bad. Lacking in flavor

The hotel boasts of a luxurious interior. Very well designed. I was able to dine in their pool-side restaurant and tried some of their variety of dishes which was excellent in presentation and taste. Staff and crew were polite as well. It's just it could get loud because of their outdoor music.

Stayed here for a bleisure trip. We availed of the club access. The food offered in the club are delicious and the view was magnificent The room gave us an "old, historical" vibe. The minibar cabinet was cool with free espresso. We just thought that it would be better if they have place it near the wall then the TV in front of the bed and not the sofa. Overall stay was great.

Very good location, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Spacious and modern. Gym was well equipped. Enjoyed my stay very much. The Peak restaurant and bar was very good. Definitely a must visit.
