    I was trying to get an appointment with a psychiatrist since Oct 2021 but your staff basically ignored my email. July 2022, I had to physically visit W City Center JUST to book an appointment. I got scheduled for September 21st, but this appointment was cancelled TWICE. If you're offering mental health services, don't you think you should treat patients better? Just so you know, some patients who suffer from mental illness CAN BE suicidal. Not attending to patients or consantly cancelling providing the help they need can worsen their situation. Improve your services or don't advertise mental health services just for the sake of advertising

    Worst consultation experience I ever had. I went to the Maxicare PCC-BGC yesterday for CBC results consultation. The doctor who I’m supposed to have the consultation with is not yet in the clinic when I arrived so I was assigned to a different doctor. The guard and the staff at the stations are nice and accommodating and while the queue is long, the waiting time is bearable. However, the doctor that was assigned to me, ANGELITA SANTOS, was rude and disrespectful! I am speaking with her politely about my situation but she won’t let me finish talking and she keeps on raising her voice. I left the room a little teary-eyed and very frustrated because I know that I don’t deserve that kind of treatment! Nor any patient does! If you are planning to go to this branch for consultation, avoid this doctor at all cost!!

    OMG, so frustratingly slow and theres only like 10 people here. Considering the vaccine to be done is time sensitive. We should have gone to SLMC Urgent Care instead.

    Staff is uncaring at best. Appointment with a doctor was cancelled even though I was on time. Transferred to another doctor who was rude and aggressive. They won’t even hear my case. I was asked to just go home for a teleconsult with the onsite doctor citing COVID as the reason when I need the check up NOW. If a patient is already there with an appointment, can’t you at least accommodate them? They are refusing service and they are always in a rush as if they just want people out of their way. Wasted time and money just to go to a doctor but was not served. I had high hopes for this place and it was completely ruined. The only good thing about this place was that it was clean.

    Going there today was a total waste of time. Tried to call for an Internal Medicine as recommended by the ECU I just had from their affilliate clinic. I was not asking for them to evaluate as the record, lab result and recommendations say it all already. So I was accomodated by their helpdesk/nurse... However, to our dismay, the attending Physician refused us only mainly because the ECU results were from their affiliate clinic. The doctor said, their Management gave them a mandate NOT to entertain anything related to ECUs/APEs. I asked "why", she said, she doesn't know...there you go, we just wasted our precious time...

    It's been 3 days now and I haven't received my lab results yet. I emailed you 3 times and I didn't received any updates from you. I thought, I will receive the result after 24 hours thru the email that I provided, but I haven't received anything!!! I already need that laboratory result. 🤦🏼‍♀️

    Giving credit where credit is due. I visited the clinic on two occasions recently and I had a great experience. Despite of the clinic being very busy on both occasions, I observed that the staff was handling it very well. The staff was professional, well coordinated and the process was efficient. I also would like to commend Dr. Benjamin Ong who handled my initial consultation and Dr. Julian Paraiso who handled my follow-up consultation. Both doctors were very professional and displayed strong work ethic.

    So i need an appointment for an x-ray, and the closest one is in a week. Next time I will break my leg on schedule. Update: So at the end they apologised and they were able to help and were kind to us:)

    arrived at the place at around 8:45am, I was supposed to take my annual medical check up, I was there via appointment, scheduled and approved thru email. Upon checking in, I was made to wait because they said they cannot find my appointment, so I showed them the email, they took pictures of it and still made me wait, the staff keep telling me excuses, like internet connection issues, cannot verify my appointment etc.. I waited for more than an hour until I finally got interviewed and examined, the doctor doesn't have my file so again, he asked me to wait, on my appointment schedule, the whole process should be finished for only about 30 minutes, but waiting alone took several hours, they seem dis-oriented, they wanted me to undergo several exams twice, the whole experienced was really bad, they treat you as if you're not paying them...no wonder they had such a bad rating...2.9?

    I've been going to this primary care center for almost 3 months now and all my concerns were tend with care and attention. The nurses, and medtech staffs were accommodating and very patient. Their Doctors are also knowledgeable and very attentive to my concerns, and order tests and diagnostic procedures that helps rule out my condition. Kudos to this center!

    No other contact number whilst the one listed took ages to reach. Center is not being prioritized by doctors for visit. Usually they cancel the appointment for this particular site. :(

    Had a swollen eye looking for at least someone who can check, they just said that optometrists are only available every Friday-Saturday. No assistance or suggestion whatsoever. Basically heard “let it be like that until Friday, maybe it’ll go away.”

    The personnel at the Maxicare clinic in BGC were really helpful. Everything went off without a hitch. Dr. Maria, a doctor, was very kind and took her time to explain what needed to be done for my child. Jessica Zordilla from the laboratory also deserves special mention because she was very accommodating and kind. I've been a Maxicare customer for a while now. Every time I come here, I always get the best service, product, and customer care. This is the business I trust for all of my service requirements.

    I arrive for my 8am appointment at 7.45 am, I registered and get my cue number. I was given a different doctor without informing me few days prior. I requested for a female doctor because of my concern I was transferred last minute to a male doctor. I am not attended by the doctor on time. It is a very big disappointment because all my other schedule for today is affected. Very bad service.

    I appreciate the prompt service, I was quickly let in as I was quickly let out hahah. Interaction was difficult. maybe I was expecting quality service , but is just like any other. And yea you need access to medical services, I guess that is what is important. yup, Thank you again.

    Blood test results released 2-3 days with follow ups. I had my blood tests done on weekend (Saturday). My oncologists need the result every Tuesday checkup. According to Primary Center BGC, result will be available after 24 hrs. However, 2-3 days had passed but still I did not received my preferred online result. I made a follow up via phone call. It happened twice already. :(

    Despite the negative comments I've seen here, I still went to this clinic last Saturday and I'm glad I did! Though there are many patients in the clinic, I can say that the queue was fast and my number was called in less than an hour (I've experienced worst in Medical City Market-Market Branch). All my lab tests were completed in an hour of being there and the staffs were so nice when they're talking to you even though you can see that they are already tired. I just want to thank you to these staffs for all their hard work just to provide service to us! ❤️

    Went here last year around September to schedule a session with their psychiatrist. I was told that they're fully booked and that the next available date was Jan 5, 2020. I said yes, filled out a form, the nurse input my name in their excel file, waited almost 4 months, and now that I'm here, I'm being told that my name isn't in the list at all. What kind of system do they have? I wasted all those months for this? What the hell? Worst. Clinic. Ever.

    The nurses and doctors are very efficient and has great customer service! Everyone is courteous, you also don't have to wait long because of their appointment system which makes it very convenient for us who don't really want stay too long in a healthcare setting.     The staffs are polite and accomodating. You can even request to send your lab result via email. However, be vigilant regarding the lab result. It happened twice to me that they gave the wromg lab result. It was an older one. And I suggest that if you want a consultation go to the nearest hospital instead.

    Swift service of the med technologists. Friendly & courteous too. Just that I have to wait for 1 hour to be attended due tot he influx if clients, next my results will be released 3-5 working days? Not very commendable as I would usually get my results within the day if I had my lab test done at Lourdes Hospital.

    Worst experience ever! Don't ever try to do some laboratory here. Assigned doctor is very unprofessional. Getting a slot for an appointment is very hard and their appointment system is not followed. I was scheduled to do my Trans V Ultrasound at 9:30am. 1 hour has passed and I'm still not accommodated so I approached one of the staff and she said the doctor is still not around and will be late. If I only knew I just made an appointment to other clinics. I just wasted my time and filed leave for this. My OB consultation has been delayed for 2 weeks because of your trash service. Never again!!!

    Staff is pleasant. Waits can be over an hour long. Evening is a lot looser. Note: If you’re having multiple tests / procedures on the same day, be sure to check with them in case your number already got called while you were having another test done. (The system doesn’t account for this and it is possible to get called for 2 tests at the same time. Happened twice already. Told them multiple times my number had been skipped but they keep saying you’ll get called and only check properly after seeing you wait for so long)

    Ive done my laboratory, consultation and other procedures here in the branch. And here are the things that I must say best customer experience - for laboratory after the extraction the result will be sent to the email within/after 24 hours. - for consultation the doctors are accommodating and on time

    On November 12, 2022, I had my lab work done, and they told me that the results would be sent to me after 24 hours. I waited until Monday, but nothing came. So, on November 16, I dialed the Maxicare toll-free number. The rep said he had made a follow-up and that I should have the result within the day. I called again on November 17 to follow up, but nothing had changed. It's now November 18. I was about to get Prima Gold for my parents, but this incident changed my mind. Very disappointing, Maxicare.

    They have “CARE” in their name. But do they? They don’t. They (teleconsult esp) treat you like a number. Their doctors do not represent the company - just themselves. But do not take this as “bible truth”. I’m sure there are many good ones. This is just a personal experience. This may not be true for others.

    My experience here is really great and they cover lots of services including LABORATORY, ULTRASOUND, ECG, TREADMILL, 2D ECHO, RADIOLOGY. also the waiting time is just fast and I had my check up cause of UTI, and did some procedures like ECG for my heart activity and Urinalysis as well as x-ray. All are great. Thank you.

    I just wanted to share my experience the last time I went for a laboratory test. I wanted to thank Ms. Jessica Zordilla for being so nice and accommodating to all of my needs. Every test I needed has been properly completed because of all of the staff in the laboratory are very approachable and professional. Thank you! Will always choose Maxicare’s health services and having nice and excellent professionals in the clinic makes it more comfortable for me and not get nervous when getting check ups.
