LACKS THE RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME. We called before going here, they told us to come at exactly 8am to have an ultrasound, we went there on time and you have us wait for 2 HOURS! Because the Doctor is not in yet. We pay for the service, yet patients are treated worst than a public hospital. At least in public hospitals you wait because of long lines. Here, you wait BECAUSE THE DOCTOR IS NOT THERE YET!!! We pay for your (Doctors) service guys, IT'S NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Don't act like freakin VIPs, you have a license, you should be professional. DO NOT GO HERE! Hi-Precision or Aventus, their services are WAAAAAY better.

Waited for 3 hours for nothing. What a waste of valuable time. Other clinics can do better.

1/5 39 patients waiting for an internal medicine doctor when I was there. It's the only one open with such a doctor on a Sunday. When it comes to doctor visits it's estimate of 10mins per patient. The mall is big and crowded, and you have to suffer the lack of services and long wait. It was hard to find since there was no directions so I put the picture of how it looks like and why I missed seeing it in 2 out of 3 passes. I hope they figure out a way to serve the large demand - it's Healthcare - it's a basic human need.

They don’t prioritize PWD in queue and the bald guy giving number is rude. I don’t know if he is a medical practitioner or guard but he is definitely not considerate about PWDs

Haven't tried the service, but the queries for the schedule of doctor/specialist were provided quickly. It was not a go-to clinic for laboratory tests, you need to book an appointment first. Better to ask this clinic for the schedule if you were planning to be examined in this clinic.

went here early (8 mins after their opening time) and relatively not yet that busy of a day but receptionists were already rude, irritable, and impatient. Check-up hasn't started yet but I already regret choosing this as where to have my APE done. 0/5 customer service for sure.

Long wait lines, receptionists are rude and disrespectful. Experience was a bit waste of time, money and effort. But doctors and nurses are good so rating them 3.

So far, so good. My mom's doctor is here and he's very accommodating. My mom is 70 years old citizen, and her doctor makes sure that she will not wait that long. Just needs a bit of consistency in the reception. Most of the time, if there are a lot of people, they would not notice that there's a senior citizen waiting for turn.

Very slow service. . If you are sick, you would be waitng like 3 to 4 hours for doctors to arrive.. Instead you stay home to rest but you will feel so stressed out waiting for your turn..

Been a frequent visitor of this clinic since early 2000s. This clinic is a little too crowded at times, however it's worth noting that the service here is good and fast. Their front office/registration is properly organized - they have a number queue and has a screen to show the patients what number is being served. Their nurse's station has multiple nurses on duty and is doing a good job at making sure patients don't wait long before being examined. Probably the longest waiting time in this clinic is at the doctor's clinics - which is normal on all clinics. It should be noted that I find this clinic clean, and organized. Not to mention their centralized system is very efficient for the doctors' and patients' convenience. Good overall experience! P.S. If it's an emergency, go to the Emergency Room of a nearby hospital near you. There, you will be served based on the urgency of your health concern/sickness and will not wait for queue.

(Translated by Google) Very poor customer service, we came from far, we went three times before we checked in to the Ent, the first not to mention the doctor, the second so, the third cut off, 5:20 pm still, until 7 pm the doctor said, please do not listen to us please let us pay for our taxi daily. Thank you for the caring staff. (Original) Very poor customer service, malayo ang pinanggagalingan namin, naka tatlong balik na kami pra magpacheckup sa E.n.t, yung una not coming daw yung doktor, yung pangalawa ganun rin, pangatlo cut off na daw, 5:20 pm pa lang, hanggang 7 pm pa naman yung doktor, ayaw man lang pakinggan pakiusap namin na nauubos na pamasahe namin kaka taxi araw araw. One of the worst clinics .The CRS staff named Melvin has a very bad attitude . He acts like he is the owner of the clinic and commands patients without thinking that the patients are here because we are in pain.

I had CBC and Urinalysis with them and it was fast not until they told me to get a doctor to read it for me. I went to Room 2 because the nurse told me so and the Dr. was rude or idk maybe she’s having a bad day but she did not help at all. She just asked me when is my next period and β€œMaybe” that’s the reason why i have a low blood and then she gave me a note saying, β€œhermatologist” i have to go to get a Dr. who can read it for me since she does not know how to read it. That’s it. we paid 400 pesos for nothing at all. Not gonna go back here again

Arrived 8:50 since when I called the doctor will be in at 9:00. When I inquired for the slot was told that the earliest doctor was available at 11:00. Okay fine. No choice. I was already in line at 9am, its now 10:15 and my number has not been called yet. Take note that when i arrived the number was at 50, my number is 57. No sesnse of urgency. Rude staff. Irritable.

good morning! please make sure you are true to your policy. your policy regarding check up with the doctor i, first come first serve basis. we arrived before 6 in the morning, got number one on que, waited for the clinic to open at 7am but after the registration was told number 5 and 6 patient po kayo. That means there were four patients who registered a day before or don't know what happened. Where is now the first come first serve policy?

They need better admin and cashier staff or customer service training, communication skills training, process improvement, and PROPER biosafety standards and training. Front staff are just under qualified and lack all basic soft skills to help customer queries. Cashier staff gossip while working. Only nurses and doctors are good. But you have chaos before and after them.

ZERO STARS. Worst medical center. I cannot believe a school like La Salle would consider to have their students deal with a company like this. They bounce you around, doctors don't show up and staff and doctors have no clue what to do. Before leaving you need to give the doorman a gatepass, which no one explains what it is for unless you ask the manager, who explains that the gatepass is to show that you are done. Really???? Because the doorman really knows what you went in for and its important for him to know that you are done??? GATEPASS IN A MEDICAL CLINIC????? Shows you what kind of clinic you are dealing with.

I took the extra step of calling to get the hours the specialist we needed would be in. We came here at 10 AM, and learned that contrary to what I was told when I called, there wouldn't be a specialist in until 1 PM. That alone would be bad enough. But as I sit here waiting at 1:50, the specialist hasn't even bothered to show up at the clinic yet!!!

Doctors are very unprofessional even to the SENIOR CITIZENS! I understand their policy "No appointment and First come First Serve Only". But being late on his schedule for 3 hours is VERY UNACCEPTABLE. Even the receptionist cannot say if the Doctor will arrive or not.

Too crowded most of the time, but their waiting system is great. You have to alot at least 1to2 hrs waiting time. Though some and most Dr's if they have seen too many patients throughout the day they tend to just go by time and quickly assess you for 5mins. I was lucky to have an attentive and caring Dr. Stinky unkempt toilet. You will die in their toilet if you have asthma or allergies. Most areas are clean and sanitary.

On weekends - - >Slowwwwww!/Super long wait time... They sure do take their time as if patients have all day to loiter. Pretty ineffective wayfinding inside. Dermatologist Dra. didn't know my skin condition. Went to Makati Medical Center and they instantly know my diagnosis of Prurigo. (welp :P what else to say.. )

Healthway probably has the worst service I have ever encountered. Sure they have you sign up through computer but the staff is just too inconsiderate. Made me go to greenbelt 5 and market market because greenbelt 5 didn't have it available at the time. Only to find out market market did not have it available either when I handed in my results to the school. So now I have to go back. They don't care about their clients obviously

Went for a check up for my sister to see a dermatologist @zaza_md.She has some skin conditions instead of prescribing her a medine from the pharmacy she is given with some diy lotions instead. I cant even find out what is it made of or if it was tested to be effective and anyways my sister conditions got worse and she ended up stopping what she advised her.we just felt scammed not worth the penny!

It’s been more than a month since Healthway GB has looped Healthway Market Market in an email thread to schedule a test I need to do at their branch and yet we have not received a single response. Very slow service and messed up system. Avoid this clinic if you can and save yourself from trouble. You are sick and really not feeling well and they will put you on long queues before you get checked and be tested in their laboratories. If your health card is accepted in other facilities, don't pick this one. I will absolutely look for other facility next time I get treatment and laboratory tests.

Poor service,Long que, actually time wasting if our patient in bad conditions we need to wait until our turn come.there is a terrible very long que in the registration and need to stay at the nurse station as well. But doctors and specialists are really good. I had an experience with healthway when my daughter was sick. Need to follow new strategies to reduce time wasting.because this is a private section, its process should be more quick than public sector.i can strictly say this is worse than the public sector. Until now, I have never been experiencing this kind of situation in any hospital in my life.really bad and shame of you.

The doctor ( IM specialist ) and nurses assisted my father very well with very informative details about his condition, and they didn't let us leave the clinic without ensuring that my father's BP status was normal. We really appreciate that 😊. I knew there were times that we waited very long, but this time the process was very smooth and easy . A lot of times, we don't appreciate the work of our healthcare providers, but let's give consideration to their work; it's really a matter of perspective. Thank you.

Inconsistent info. Info provided on the phone and in person for labtest. Theres no effective and efficient planning on how to handle queues, long lines, etc Imagine if someone is scheduled for a lab test and your approach is to let them be in line to register only and then another line at the nurse station for approval, a lot of time is being wasted. You dont value your customers/patients time. You guys must have a strategic approach.

1.The OB Gyne is late. 2.Requiring unnecessary test like pap smear telling it is for detection of "infection" 3.Unnecessary extra payment. They are just open for business not for caring and treating people properly. 4. I came at around 11am. Seen at past 3pm
