Was able to get in very quickly and was welcomed with such great staff members who made the experience wonderful especially for visiting the dentist! Dr. Matthew was amazing!! Would highly recommend him. He really cares for his patients!!

Clean and Efficient with state-of-the-art equipment, well trained, friendly staff and techs . Great dentists, great services. Fluoride treatment is awesome and available.

My first time here and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. The dentist and staff explained clearly my options in regards to getting upper implants. The facility was clean and had a relaxing feel to it. Highly recommended.

My daughter needed a checkup and we didn't have a family dentist in the area yet. Downtown Family Dentistry got us in the day after I called because they had openings from cancellations. The staff were very attentive and the cleaning for my daughter went well.

A word to everyone who has anxiety about dentistry, this is the place. I had not been to a dentist for 17 almost 18 years. It seems these folk’s main priority is customer comfort. I am so happy this was the place I chose. I called Monday morning at 8:30 with pain, they got me in at 9 and performed a consult and getting me in that same afternoon for a root canal. I was immediately pain free and will be back often, Dr John is the man. No more dentist fears!!

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but when I have my visits at Downtown Family Dentistry, they are very patient, kind and understanding. I am now comfortable enough with them, that I can go without my anxiety medication, because of how well I’ve been treated and understood. They’ve done wonderful work on my teeth and I am very satisfied!

They are always polite and efficient. Got me in early, as I was ahead of schedule. Hallie is the sweetest and makes you very comfortable while she works. Highly recommend!

Even though it was kind of bad news, the dentist was very respectful and the entire staff that I dealt with was very kind and professional and explained things so I could understand. It was a great visit overall. Thanks for helping me.
