The chicken was burnt to the point of cremation, disgusting... The store wasn't busy when we went through the drive through. However, when we tried calling the store the phone went un answered. $65.80 spent on food that you wouldnt even feed to animals.

Should've read the reviews. Had a large order with a lot of the items missing, the food we did get was cold, despite it being busy. The only thing that runs in this place is the potato and gravy (if you could call it that)

By far the worst KFC I have ever eaten. The chicken was dry, over cooked and greasy. The chips soggy and tasteless. Our meal was inedible. Definitely don’t recommend this restaurant

9 out of 10 stuffing up orders. Over charge to app prices. Staff are basic not fantastic. 1 excellent worker Kaleb, young bloke, fantastic service. Wish to see more of him.

The oil definitely was old and had a burnt oily taste and smell on chips and chicken. They forgot to give me full order lucky i checked prior leaving carpark. Just didnt taste the original kfc due to oil burnt old taste. Kids are usually always good cheerfull helpfull. Maybe it was just that particular evening. Hope they keep it fresh next time.

Worst food bun for the burger was not toasted nothing was fresh we clean our table by ourself to sit disguishting how they are still open. If you guys are planing to eat kfc and you are looking review to visit plse don’t visit this store totally wastage . Stop selling garbage food

Great quality and great food, credits to the girl working through drive thru named Nikita, she was so kind and very efficient! This girl needs a raise!

I went to this particular store and it was absolutely amazing there was one employee in particular who’s name was Zoe and oh my was she amazing she is the epitome of good customer service and she definitely needs some credit and a raise absolutely amazing

Besides riddled with somewhat troublesome youth, the staff were not very professional at all, and incredibly slow with the service. Among this, I had to keep asking for items I already paid for.

Disgusted to go in and wait 20 minutes to be served when I was getting dinner for my daughter on the 31/10/2023 at 7pm ended up walking back out. Needs better management never again Tahmoor kfc. Absolutely disgusted 😤

Tonight on our way home late, we decided KFCwas a good easy option. We were greeted by Kayleb who was a wonderful staff member. He was so enthusiastic, energetic and accommodating. AN OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE!
