👍👍 這次是白天來覺得很明亮開闊～ 整體環境乾淨，設備也很新，而且廁所還有Dyson 吹風機😆 體驗過後感受很不錯，因為之前沒有運動習慣體力一直很不好，才決定要來運動。 剛好遇到教練Bernie，很專業且有耐心慢慢幫我調整！

    環境面：器材齊全，應有盡有，各個部位的機械式器材都足夠；另外自由重量的啞鈴、槓片等等，各重量也都準備齊全供大家使用。 教練面：RAY人很好，不論是健身的動作指導、運動的相關問題、營養的攝取比例及知識，或是拳擊的應用教學，都非常專業且不拖泥帶水～值得推薦👍🏻

    Thanks to the beautiful coach for helping me measure my bmi He also helped me plan a good daily routine and diet. There is also effective physical therapy which is highly recommended👍
