I spent registration fees and transportation time to make a special trip, which was disappointing and unsatisfactory. The enthusiasm for the consultation was not good and it lost professionalism. Customer service should only use templates to reply. It is the same as no. I hope they can solve the problem and face the patient's actual needs.
