    This is a nice gym with reasonable prices. There are always friendly trainers around to help with anything you need or to answer your questions. The restrooms are equipped with a shower. Lockers are also available. The trainers also speak English well. The only downfall is that there are only fans and no air conditioning so being a Western, not use to the heat, I get very hot quickly.

    弱肌女的我四肢瘦肚子卻愈來愈大,荒廢太久的我終於下定決心來上教練課,剛開始來上課有點怕怕的,但是很謝謝Bright 教練很會鼓勵人心,透過細心的講解,讓我慢慢開始主動來訓練,這裡的氣氛我也喜歡,現在都很期待來健身時代上教練課!

    提升力量,找大G就對了,為什麼呢?首先我要說一個故事 一年前我差點因為力量不足差點離職,不是拉傷就是肌腱發炎一個星期5天都在吃止痛藥跟肌肉鬆弛劑。 後來因為某些原因來到了健身房,接洽的剛好就是大G教練,我直接跟他說我只要力量,給我力量就好,於是一年內力量的變化可以說是出乎預料。 糾正我的錯誤姿勢,傳授發力技巧,關節肌肉關聯性,運動前後的放鬆熱身,緩解疼痛與淺層深層肌群放鬆技巧,後期我的工作傷害大幅減少了幾乎90%而且就算不小心受傷,運用教練教的按摩放鬆技巧,受傷組織隔天恢復的也很好 最重要的身體的拉上拉鍊跟肌腱發炎的次數減少了好多好多 止痛藥也不吃了,最讚的是力量可以說是是翻倍上升 體態也是我喜歡的精實與實用,穿衣服自信很多 還學到了臥推的最強技巧“基式握法” 以下是我一年不認真的練出來的數據 不認真就是一週2-3練最多3練有時候甚至只有1練 。 曾經槓鈴深蹲40公斤做組,蹲不完隔天爬著下樓梯 現在槓鈴深蹲70公斤做組,接著其他腿部訓練,隔天微微酸爽 。 曾經臥推40公斤一下都起不來 啞鈴臥推7公斤10下4組滿頭大汗,手一直抖 現在臥推50公斤6下4組 接著啞鈴臥推16公斤繼續6下4組 。 曾經硬舉50公斤一下極限 現在100公斤保底 。 大G教練!找他!!
