    Didn't expect a legit tsukemen in Taichung. In addition to the BBQ pork, the dip has pieces of chicken in it too. Can get pretty busy so be prepared to line up.

    This is no joke, ordered Gyokai Tsukemen and spicy ramen. The Japanese Chashu pork was the best Chashu I have ever tasted before, it is way different than the traditional Chashu because the thickness makes it an awesome chunk and need to roast the pork as well as controlling the heat to prevent the skin over cooked. The complicated process makes the Chashu pork super tender and melted directly when had a bite. Secondly, the chicken breast was cooked by low temp controlling so it did not taste like chicken as what I used to know. Third, inside the sauce of tsukemen has diced pork which were nice as well. It was out of my acknowledgement at Japanese style with offering so many meat in single set meal. The only thing that I consider to be improved was too much time of waiting.

    假日午餐時段用餐有排隊人潮,但換桌速度蠻快的! 🤏🤏🤏點餐方式是先入內點選販賣機,一次可點完所有人的不須分開,下方單子給內場人員,到外面等候叫號即可。 🍽️餐點口味的部分是清爽的但尾韻又有濃厚的柴魚味,個人蠻喜歡,女生正常食量一碗剛好,沾麵可能會有點太多。 🍜店家的態度很親切,大家吃完都會跟內場說聲謝謝,也會收到店家熱情的回覆,店內的氣氛很好算是蠻少數感受舒服的拉麵店。

    日式拉麵販賣機,在台灣也可以輕鬆體驗在日本吃拉麵的感覺,客人很多,需要先點餐之後等候帶位,需要一點耐心,但等待是值得的!大愛他的叉燒,真的是令人驚艷的美味啊!很喜歡,會想再造訪,沾麵看起來也很好吃~~~下次試試

    豚骨拉麵裡面有舒肥雞胸跟厚叉燒 那個叉燒真的很厚跟爌肉一樣🤣 雞胸跟叉燒肉質都是嫩嫩的不柴 也附有半個溏心蛋不用另外點 ⁡ 點完才知道其實可以選麵的粗細 我們只點到粗麵下次想吃吃看細麵! 湯頭風味偏濃但不會到濃稠 辣的程度大概中辣會讓我一直需要喝水💦 不過算是辣的滿過癮! 可惜叉燒飯沒了不然也很想吃吃看 那天排隊大概半小時內可以進去 等之後變更冷可以來喝湯吃拉麵

    跟日本一樣是用點餐機自己選 但不是每個口味每天都有喔 有點像是當天時段限定🤣 點完麵才知道可以選細麵或粗麵 湯底部分算很濃郁會一直想喝水💦 個人覺得不太適合一起床中午就吃那麼重 整體是好吃的會想要下次再試試其他口味 麵條不知道是不是店家自己製作的 吃起來特別彈牙不是那麼快軟爛 感覺有特別在麵條上下功夫!
