戎館是近期開放的新景點，跟林百貨是相似的 是日治時代的台南四大戲院之一 由黑橋牌整理過後，就變成很棒的在地景點 裡面有冷氣跟數個店面賣著很有特色的產品 下方有黑橋牌的直營店，還有賣烤香腸 另外就是販售飲料等， 而伴手禮有很多有趣的設計，非常適合購買， 樓上有展覽跟咖啡，一起來看看台灣歷史的建築 這邊很多設計都很有歷史的畫面 也是很適合拍照的地方。

很有林百貨的感覺，進去之後才知道原來是黑橋牌香腸重新整理成老房子原有的樣子 後來查才知道原來2020開始試營運 從原本的「戎座」到後來1933年開始興建的「戎館」，再到光復之後的「赤崁戲院」直到最後的1961年結束營業為止。 爾後一直是黑橋牌做經營，直到2020年將外部的各種加裝給拆除，恢復到最原始的外貌，再以「戎館」重新出現在世人眼前 一樓就是黑橋牌的門市以及台南在地品牌商家進駐 二樓就是咖啡廳的空間，播放一些黑白電影，還有戎館沿革的小空間 算是整理的非常不錯喔！

＜戎館＞位於台南市中西區中正路、國華街口，黑橋牌頂下舊時日式老戲院之古蹟進行維護，2021年1月新開幕。 一樓販售黑橋牌商品、他牌甜品、「敖茶」創意手作飲，二樓分電影雅座區／日式圖書區／藝文展覽區。消費80元即可入座，是很親民的體驗價。 2樓有懷舊氣氛，非常好拍，通常有消費即可入座，即使未滿80元，原則上店家不會不盡人情。 1樓的「敖茶」特調店，有多款獨門飲品，如周杰倫知名歌曲［MOJITO］，mojito本來是種炎夏的代表性調酒，但敖茶將之研發成無酒精特調，直白的說，就是梅汁、檸檬、薄荷綜合汽泡飲，甜度冰塊固定，無法客製。黑橋牌戎館店部分商品有戎館限定的精美包裝，送禮體面。 戎館厥為休閒偽文青的必訪店！

20多年以來經過數百次，從不知道這棟建築這麼美、承載著這麼多故事。 目前一樓是黑橋牌門市，裝潢、燈光、服務人員的制服都有復古風格，二樓是咖啡雅座，並有小小的博物展覽空間說明日本時代府城的戲院史、建築物修復的歷程，非常感謝房屋的歷代主人及黑橋牌將這些歷史保留、重新呈現。 一樓的手搖飲「敖」很有特色，招牌檸檬梅子熬茶去油解膩、適合搭配各種小吃，黑橋牌也用心研發了不少伴手禮。

The Rongguan (a theater during the Japanese colonial period) is a place you pass by casually. After entering, take a look around on the first floor (it is recommended to buy the sweet nougat, cold milk candy, and strawberry milk candy, which are very delicious and not greasy). Go to the second floor, order a cup of Geisha coffee, watch a black and white movie, and have fun!
