We had fun making milkfish scale soap. The boss and instructor is super friendly. You do need to call ahead to make appointments for DIY workshops.

This is so-called museum is a commercially run place where you could find nice milkfish snacks, souvenirs and restaurant here. The food is nice and the staff are very helpful. The fried milkfish is very delicious and the rice comes with the dry fish powder and it makes an excellent combination. There are educational materials for the kids too. The entry is free of charge but the food is slightly expensive, but worth it. Large groups also visit here. There are other historical places nearby and this adds to the great experience!

The staff here are very nice and helpful, but this is NOT a museum. It is a store where you may purchase various milkfish items. There are no tickets, no tours, exhibits, etc. It’s not a museum.

The Milkfish Palace is inspired by the pride of the Taiwanese to promote the aquaculture history of milkfish. You get to know all about this highly nutrient fish. They even taught the recipes for the fish. The gift shop sells many products from food, skincare, healthcare , etc... Check out their fish popsicle... awesome!

Small souvenir shop selling local delicacies using milk fish on the ground floor. Tested and love the taste of the fish rolls so I have bought a few boxes and few canned fish. On the 1st floor is more like an information center on the introduction of milk fish but all in Chinese.

Free museum. 15 min self tour on second floor. Not much explanation in English. More suited for those who are well versed in Chinese

I really love the architecture of this building. The musuem is super duper cute with the cat icon. The exhibition is very charming and I will definitely hope to bring my daughter here someday. :)

Has only one interactive game. Milkfish popsicle is worth a try. But overall very boring and quick.

Auntie Yueqing is as nice and helpful in explaining the products of Saba Milkfish and the other staff was thoughtful to package the product into bubble wrap to prevent damages for airplane flight. 👍🏻👍🏻
