A lot of buzz before it was opened, but it's actually hugely disappointing. It calls itself an "outlet" but there's really no "outlet discounts" in the North American sense of the word. It's just a regular mall. The prices at food court are comparable to sit-down restaurants, and their sit-down restaurants prices are comparable to fancy restaurants outside. It's kinda a rip-off. And they don't have any every day household items stores. So if they don't really have meaningful discounts for designer items, and they don't provide any utilitarian shopping, I don't see see why anyone would come here on a regular basis. I know I'm not coming here a second time.

Mitsui Outlet Park Tainan 高鐵站旁. It’s a Tuesday afternoon and it’s raining outside, we have two hours to wait until the rain stops and we decide to take a walk in this outlet right next to the Tainan High Speed Rail. It is a very clean and airy mall, a lot like those back in New York. I like the food court and the Toms game world. Good place to hang out for family with children. They have kids play area and very accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. Too many food choices so bring an empty stomach!

A good mall in Tainan . You can find some luxury brand hear and a lot of restaurants, Chinese food, Japan And still a lot . Come and check which brands you want a buy, or which restaurants you wanna come , Have fun .

A good place in Tainan that can kill time, shopping and having something to eat here. Some index restaurants are here and you can have it all.

Nice to see a giant shopping mall in the area! We were waiting for our high speed rail and found this gem next to the station. It was a bit crowded on weekends, but not too bad. The stores covered a wide variety of brands across multiple countries.

It's a good shopping mall with many shops but as it's Japanese owned so most of the restaurants inside are Japanese foods. With one Italian, one Korean, one dimsum place and Thai restaurant Also a few bakeries. But I do love Japanese foods so we had lunch and dinner here. Bought some discount clothes from Ralph Lauren.

The shopping mall is fairly new and polished. Lots of shops and restaurants for a three-story building! Hoped there would be more signs and floor plans to navigate though, it’s a big mall.

Nice place to visit when you are in Tainan just beside the Tainan HSR Station or TRA Shalun Station a lot of resto and a lot of store to choose from. but sometimes during weekday off peak hours most of the store closed (they put the Retractable Belt/Stanchion Rope) so people can't get in. but still fun to visit a nice place to visit

Newly opened and super huge outlet. It’s very close to the HSR station. Easy to access , huge parking space but always crowded and full of vehicles. At food court, you can find variety of foods.

It earned 3 stars due to lack of int. luxury brands and no supporting promotions in its shops.

so things to see inside nice for shopping and eating place

A very big place with all the big brands you would want to buy from. Clothes, shoes, bags, fun or food. This place has it all. It's very close to the metro line and the best part is there are a lot of great deals to choose from. We got a lot of branded things for an amazing price. The food was amazing and we played a lot of games at the game zone as well. This is definitely a place to visit and if you are visiting Taiwan I would definitely recommend you doing your shopping here. You can spend many hours here since everything is under one roof. Even the kids have a lot to choose from.

you access to here by HSR , it's really far from the tainan city center , which really inconvenient, but I think there's a local train. the outlet mall is small , inside it just looks like the common mall in general .. there's so Many choices of food, so don't worry ..
