Spacious and empty when we visited. When we entered, the service staff heard us speaking in English and all failed to greet us nor asked for our orders. They just stand there staring. A little disappointing. While I can understand it may be intimidating and daunting to them to speak in a foreign language, we are Chinese after all and can speak their language. They should at least try to serve us professionally. Also, the toilet was not that clean and has a smell when we used it, despite the shop just opened for business. Apparently, they have not cleaned up. Drink, was however, nice and delectable. We took it with our nuggets and hashbrowns from McDonald's. The staff cannot be bothered with us, so I see no point asking them if we can eat the food from McDonald's that I bought a few moments ago. We did cleared and cleaned up the table and disposed off the rubbish properly before leaving.

Of late my experiences with Starbucks have been somewhat subpar; so here I am at 2:20 pm, half of the snacks menu is sold out and a waitress is awkwardly trying to rush me through an order of something I don’t want. So that’s my experience. Over and out before I even purchased anything.

Helpful staffs. Able to communicate in English. It's a Starbucks Reserve but they didn't have the stamp for collection like the Taipei BaoAn store.

Great coffee and service! In this Starbucks Reserve store, you can order a cup (tall size) of pull-over coffee freshly made in front of you :)

Slowest starbucks ever! Ordered drink at 12:54pm and received it at 1:24pm...and I ordered a cold brew which is already premade. They just needed to pour it in a cup!

A lot of electric outlet. Cosy cafe.
