你放假都在幹嘛！ 海底撈火鍋是單點式火鍋，線上訂位比電話訂位方便快速，等待時還有免費美甲服務、按摩椅、兒童遊戲區以上這些疫情關係沒有開放，哈根達斯冰淇淋、飲料、水果目前還可以享用。用餐過程中還有川劇變臉可以看，沒有用餐時間限制，使用iPad點餐就算人少也能點半份就好。 不得不說海底撈的服務真的很周全，在等待有飲料及水果和哈根達斯冰淇淋可以享用。這些免費的服務在等待期間能夠不那麼無聊。 海底撈火鍋是使用iPad點餐，人少的話也有半份可以選擇，不了解的菜色內容也可以詢問服務人員。用餐時間沒有限時，所以如果現場候位的人基本上等待時間都無法預估~ 海底撈的桌邊服務貼心到沒話說，擦手巾和圍裙是基本，再來還有透明手機套、髮圈、眼鏡擦拭布…等，如果帶小朋友一起來的話，也都會在用餐結束後給小朋友一份玩具，讓大人小孩都有賓至如歸的感覺~ 醬料的部份需要另外收取費用，每位$50可使用數十種的沾醬；飲料也是每位$50可以無限暢飲。 鍋底的部份我們選了四宮格，光是鍋底就要$540了。其他林林總總加一加，吃下來也不算便宜。 海底撈火鍋的食材其實都不算便宜，因為什麼都想吃吃看，不自覺點了一大桌，我們幾乎都是點半份嚐嚐味道的，後來發現點太多了，真的吃不完~ 然後服務人員會來幫你下食材，告訴你哪種食材需要煮多久時間，基本上你可以完全不用自己動手煮，當個廢人一直吃就好~ 丸類拼盤有手工蝦丸、墨魚丸、脆骨鮮肉丸、起司牛肉丸等四種組合，只是單價我覺得稍微高了一些。 蝦滑裡面是滿滿的蝦子，不過單價也是偏高，同樣的份量可能在一般火鍋店的價位是一半左右吧。 撈麵一定要點，因為是為了看秀而不是吃麵XD 每次來海底撈只要聽到音樂聲，就知道是撈麵秀開始了~超特別的撈麵秀永遠能吸引大人小孩的目光，吃起來口感扎實帶Q勁。

Really had a fun experience at Hidilao The service is super effective and fun - it’s really a show! The food was nice - we ate a lot for around 1000 ntw per person (+ the appetizers, rice, and ice cream are unlimited) So overall a fun evening, looks super kid friendly as well. Would say that it’s best to have an occasion to celebrate if you go there haha wouldn’t see myself just going to this place on a casual weekday but it’s a fun experience 🥳

Fantastic evening at this restaurant. Our server was magnificent. The Changing faces show was amazing. I thoroughly recommend this.

very happy and feel so being welcomed by all staff!! they really treat guests very well.. always smile and keep asking us is the food ok or not🥹 and also there’s one staff called 冠冠 treat us very well he even treat us with dessert for free after asking where i came for and bring my country flag🥹 i feel being so welcomed by 冠冠 thank you so much for the treat! hope we meet again next time!

What an experience we had at Haidilao! The show was very entertaining and engaging with the changing faced dancer even sending us a little gift afterwards and taking pictures with us. The food was awesome and the staff were helpful and kind to us beyond belief! 涂晶雲 our server even went as far to take a picture and print it for us with a small cute note. Would definitely reccomend to others including visiting foreigners especially as it showcases taiwanese hot pot very well.

Food is fine. Staff are friendly to serve but not professional and not sufficient trained. The touched temperature control panel is not disinfected.

A夢姐 (康嘉凌）is very good and helpful staff. If you are looking for a very nice dining experience, especially for birthday occasions, find her and make your own experience in TS Mall Hidilao branch.🤣
