My family and I had a comfortable night. Overall impression is that the hotel is very new and has great SPA and swimming pool facilities. The family room is a good size with two very large beds and a decent size bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a bistro on the first floor and a large dinning room for the buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Now the detail. The hotel is brand new and it’s obvious the final fixtures have been rushed and very little thought went into their selection. All over the hotel there is evidence of paint splashes, improperly fitted tiles and flooring, it’s all a little bit “slap dashed”. In the room the curtains didn’t fully close, leaving a 15cm gap, not a good thing for an active 4 year old to see streaming sunlight at 6am!! The room has a large sized patio with an awesome view - so where are the patio chairs and table? Finally, who ever decided to put a glass wall and door around the toilet needs shooting 😂😂, so much for a family bathroom!! Now to the facilities on the 3rd floor. What a great SPA with four reasonably sized “mini pools” and an awesome infinity pool with great views. Unfortunately, the changing rooms only had two showers and while the pool furniture looks good and is very comfortable, it is already looking a bit grubby from lack of care. Finally, the hotel advertises a pool bar - but it doesn’t serve alcoholic drinks 🤔🤔. On the first floor is a bistro with a lovely and well laid out seating area. The service from the lady in the bistro was first class and she accommodated my daughter’s off menu needs - thank you so much 🙏. However, the menu is very limited and only offers a small selection of beers, but no wine or spirits. Furthermore it closes at 9.30pm, so no late night bed time drinks 😢. The inclusive breakfast is very … Taiwanese and has an enormous selection of mainly Taiwanese style foods. I did manage to find enough fruit and other recognizable items to provide a decent meal. The location of the hotel is pretty good in that you’re 10 minutes walk from all the tourist spots of Anping and not far from the beach. So, all in all, it was a comfortable stay and I’m sure it’s a great place for the Taiwanese but not for those looking for a western style hotel.

Let’s get to the point: This hotel needs to massively improve on service and quality. The fact that this is a big hotel and only has 3 small lifts to cater for hundreds of guests has not been well thought out. They advertise the abundance of facilities but failed to build quality facilities, one of them being a PROPER fitness centre. The wall behind your bed is flimsy and the ceiling above you is thin - meaning you can actually hear stomping from the guests above your room. Reception did not pick up the phone after calling THRICE and when asked why they didn’t pick up, they said the guests at the reception takes precedence and there were only 2 receptionists available. The buffet was not worth it at all as food was cold, and wine was served at room temperature with a spritz pump! (Unbelievable) All in all, this hotel was underwhelming, wasn’t very attentive to detail and lacked quality as well as staff. It had absolutely no resort and holiday vibes + the interior is cold. I write this review out of hope for improvement and would like that Taiwan advances on its definition for “international standards”. A hotel can’t just simply be given 5* just because it’s been advertised on local media and just because “they claim to be one”. Save your money on this and go elsewhere.

The hotel's accommodations and facilities are truly exceptional. The majority of the staff members are friendly, although their professionalism can sometimes be lacking. Challenges arise when the hotel gets overwhelmed by large groups, making it difficult for the staff to effectively accommodate everyone. One big drawback of this hotel is its popularity as a new establishment. This novelty and popularity increase the chances of privacy breaches occurring. The hotel staff faces a dilemma when people express interest in visiting, as it becomes challenging for them to decline such requests. Consequently, in areas designated exclusively for hotel guests like the swimming pool and children's play area, the staff often find themselves assisting groups of visitors who wish to take pictures with their mobile phones. Additionally, the hotel tends to attract a significant number of YouTubers who frequently conduct photo shoots on the premises. Regrettably, these individuals often disregard basic courtesy and ignore the parents' presence when capturing images of other people's children. This behavior raises concerns, particularly within the children's play area where children should feel free to run and play without any disturbance.

This sunrise view was amazing, I went back to Taiwan early end of November, I visited my friend and stay at this hotel, in the morning when I wake up, it was stunning, then we go eat breakfast which is included in your stay. I was thinking continental breakfast like you ate in holiday Inn Express that type of food, when I see the the food... Wow it's like 5 star hotel, there are 100s of selections. I can't decide where to start. I already on vacation, stay in this hotel feels like on vacation then stay in another vacation.. and the price... Very reasonable.

Awesome hotel, which provides lots of fun activities (SUP, kayak and paddle boat, remote car ride, rock climbing...) for free and the infinity swimming pool and water SPA are awesome! Staff is very friendly!

Hilton-level hotel. Service was very good and friendly, e.g. we were given a couple of bottles of water as we were heading out for a walk. Hotels itself is brand new. Nice rooms and great view.

Pros: good service; nice bathroom with a good sized tub; balcony with good view; very eclectic breakfast buffet serving all tastes Suggestions: some nuts next to cereals at breakfast buffet would be great. Also, I wish there were jacuzzi / hot tub
