2nd place for the night, one of the best and again a classis dessert place 懷舊小棧 Mainly in English they are called the shaved ice pudding, but they do have many flavours, Orders of the day were 1. Shaved ice, almond pudding plus green beans, no added preservatives, they added condensed milk for sugar which is awesome 2. Pineapple based pudding, with no ice, because we wanted to try one with ice and one without ice, both were very different with each other... Would recommend them as the classic of all times Tainan do has many shaved ice places, but this is the best so far 👌 They are still open only for take away due to pandemic, the name speaks for its quality and quantity Bon appetite fellows Peace ✌

One of the must visit dessert shop in Tainan, delicious sweet tofu with almond, milk or matcha flavors, you can add taro, red beans or sesame paste, any ingredients you like, very tasty and delicious

almond tofu, milk tofu dessert, and matcha tofu dessert over ice are amazingly delicious. have tried five somewhat different combinations now and the sesame sauce and condensed milk combination is the clear winner, by a mile. sesame sauce milk tofu dessert on ice with condensed milk plus taro as an additional topping (TWD 60): the rich sesame flavor goes superbly well with either the milk tofu or the almond tofu, with milk tofu having a slight edge as it is slightly more creamy and smooth. 5.5/5 pineapple almond tofu on ice with condensed milk (TWD 55): cannot recommend pineapple as the flavor and texture combination was a cacophony. almond tofu was rich and creamy. 3.5/5 sesame sauce matcha tofu on ice with condensed milk plus red bean as an additional topping (TWD 60): same as the milk tofu version with the addition of matcha flavor. 5.5/5 sesame sauce milk tofu dessert on ice (TWD 50): same as above but the lack of condensed milk really takes away from the dessert. 4/5 sesame sauce almond tofu dessert on ice with condensed milk (TWD 55): takeaway took away from the dish somewhat. 4.5/5 must visit every time we are in Tainan. sadly, Tainan is over 4 hours away... 20230603 update: quite annoyed at atrocious lack of client consideration... closed up dine in at 2126h when they close at 2200h. product is great, service is inadequate. visit(s): 20230603 20211121 20210920 20210728 20210403 20201127 20201004 20200501

What a refreshing dessert! The jelly tofu was super smooth and milky. Among the topping we tried, the tofu goes best with beans and barley. The sesame sauce, on the other hand, was too overpowering that we couldnt taste anything else. Super popular so its difficult to get seats.

Can't give this place enough stars. Absolutely delicious sweet tofu dessert! You can choose your option with or without ice and add toppings to your liking. Just great local dessert in lovely atmosphere!

Didnt find that much special. Almond Tofu is tooooo sweet and not. Good match with shaved ice.

The staff is very friendly, spacious with many tables inside. Whatever we had there was delicious. There was a small mistake with our servings. The toppings on the dish they served was different from what we had ordered. When asked, they served a whole new dish with the right recipe for free of cost just as a courtesy. In the end, we had three dishes for the price of two.

The dessert here is amazing. Slurping it after walking for miles under the sun to get to the place totaly worth it. in The pudding is jiggling, smooth and melt in your mouth. Such amazing flavour and mouthfeel. I tried the matcha one and regreted not trying the almond one as well since i was too full. The are more than 10 types of topping as well and you can choose whatever you want in your serve and toppings are charged seperately

A great choice for a healthy dessert, love the almond-flavored tofu the most, and the milk flavored one tastes pretty good as well. There's still the green tea flavored tofu which I haven't tried yet...so that will be the object for my next visit there ✌️👍😉. Definitely worth your visiting when you are in Tainan.

Wow, one of the best jelly desserts I’ve tried in Taiwan!! Almond jelly, condensed milk, and sesame paste. Tastes reminiscent of an almond joy :) Delicious!

Got almond tofu with sweet sesame sauce and lotus seed (my fav dessert). Taste the best not too heavy but delighted dessert. Would recommend to everyone to try some in Tainan.

The best! Really! I always visited here whenever I come to Tainan. Although my first time visiting was 10 minutes before closing, and they rejected us and stop receiving order right to the customer in front of us. We uber there, it was a bad experience.
