非常非常好吃，都不知道台南的拌麵這麼厲害，有驚艷到我！！ 麻醬香氣十分溫潤圓滑，麵條不會軟爛，帶有點硬度的麵勁，與傳統肉燥越嚼越香，芝麻的香氣延綿了麵香，還有⋯麵內藏了點酸菜梗切丁，酸、甜、脆增加了亮點～ 滷味是我愛的乾式滷味，香氣內斂細緻非常耐吃，切的非常細為了吃時可以多吸收點滷汁？與老闆蔥花好像不用錢給好給滿。哈，真的非常台式好吃！！ 扁食湯，扁食新鮮原味香氣無負擔感，單純的骨頭湯，味道乾淨非常舒服，很搭麻醬麵～ 更值得一提是老闆很細心的觀察顧客需求，主動服務，小小的店滿滿滿足，吃完很有幸福感！！ 謝謝上天讓我巧遇這間美好的驚喜小店❤️ 值得必訪

This noodle shop is very unique! With an artistic interior decor and Western classical music influenced music in the background, it serves traditional Tainan style noodle dishes. Choose your noodle. Choose your topping/s. Sit and wait. Service was quick and efficient and noodles seemed handmade but nothing really stood out as outstanding. Still, a solid choice for reasonably priced noodles in a pleasant setting.

Noodle shop with good taste and reasonable price. Although it is a bit salty, you can request to make your noodle lighter. Braised pork, sewers, and tofu are quite nice as well.

One of the best in Tainan. Very friendly owners and really tasty food!

是由鐵皮搭起來的一間麵店，外表不太起眼，不過門口跟店內卻設計的很溫暖很有味道，不過夏天內用的話應該會頗熱的，因為裡面沒有冷氣，只有電風扇而已。老闆的刀工非常非常好，滷味的海帶絲切的超級細，夾起來像麵條一樣，而且蔥花是撒爆的狀態。不過乾麵當天吃完的心得是幾乎沒有什麼味道(？)不確定老闆是不是有忘記加什麼，因為湯、燙青菜、滷味的鹹度都是有的也是夠的，而且連老公也說他點的麻醬麵味道也很淡。

Went there in the middle of the afternoon, the staff is super nice. The menu is in Chinese but the staff helped me to choose and they speak English. The food is pretty good
