    運動兩年的感想： 1.空間大，器材多，櫃檯親切，教練不會亂推銷 2.冷氣不是很冷 靠窗的跑步機偶爾有熱風吹進會熱 3.發現許多人使用完器材就走，不會使用消毒酒精清潔一下 擦拭汗漬，建議使用前都要自行再消毒一次！ 4.不少人會掛在器材上一直滑手機，但也遇過有人為了搶器材出言不遜 ...

    東仁館，被手機族佔據的健身房 這館最常見坐在器材不動，划手機。昨天直接三位，兩位坐在展腿機與壓腿機，最後一位站在引體向上機。我就觀察這三位，這三位直接使用手機超過10分鐘，三人都不動，我都練完了，這三人還在用手機。 東仁館說，我們沒有手機使用的規定。所以要來這，要想清楚。 這些玩手機的人，會嚴重影響你運動的課表。

    Gym is very spacious and has every machine needed to get a good workout in. If you are looking to join this gym make sure you meet with 鴻賢 and he will take care of you!

    去健身房已經是第三個年頭了，我去上有氧課居多，教室很寬敞，很明亮，天花板很高，打掃阿姨一直在打掃，環境很乾淨、整潔

    運動找雨蟬，超親切，有問題詢問都很迅速的回覆！ 淋浴盥洗空間很大也整理的很乾淨舒適，重點是不會有悶悶的味道。 停車場很大，平日晚上的巔峰時段都還是有位置停車。

    水壓、出水量比其它間深呼吸、健工、世界健身還要小很多,吹風機的風量也是很小,假日營業時間只到晚上10點,比其它健身房早關門,如果是晚上來運動會比較趕,器材種類和數量都算是蠻少的,如果人多時,幾乎每台機器上都有人! 如果業主願意改善,會更有意願續約及推薦給友人一起來運動!

    我不是固定會員，只是回南部娘家才會到附近的深呼吸東仁館運動，環境器材都不錯，要入會可以找Maggie服務，她人真的很親切，服務也好喔！
