No frills fast-food chain serving up fried chicken / pork sandwiches and traditional Taiwanese side dishes at a friendly price Like others have said, they don’t serve typically Western beef hamburgers but rather fried chicken / pork sandwiches, which are extremely tasty! There is great value! An entree sandwich is only $2 while upgrading to a meal bumps it to $3-4!

I really love food at Dandan Especially the 香酥米糕 (fried rice cake) I ordered it every time The only setback would be the environment The table was really greasy But overall it’s still really nice

I have to admit I walked in with very low expectations. Dan Dan's branding looks like it's stuck in the 80s. Boy was I wrong. Their menu is nothing like McDonald's or Burger King. It's definitely not a knock off of American style burger place. I was so confused by their menu because fried chicken burger is their staple, and they pair the chicken burger with a Taiwanese noodle soup that's thick and flavourful. It eats a little like a stew. This is a surprisingly good combo because burger+fries is dry+dry, but burger+soup is dry+wet. It's a great transition. Make no mistake though, their fried chicken is fat and juicy. Taiwanese knows their fried chicken. I'm not sure if every Dan Dan is made to order, but mine surely was.

Not too sweet as other Dan Dan burgers.

Good teast with fare price.
