醫生跟護士非常沒耐性，看診到一半小孩被嚇哭，小孩要看牙醫強烈建議不要來這間。

“同間診所”換醫生看竟然一直叫我回去給之前的醫生看？就是對之前的醫生治療有疑慮才換，把病人像皮球踢來踢去就算了。櫃檯小姐也很有事，人多態度就會變差，我問個問題就白我的眼，這個診所只做預約病人，臨時病人就是約滿了，要下個禮拜、下個月，牙很痛是你家的事？經營方式sop可以改一下吧！去別間評價好的老診所一個醫生一個櫃檯再忙也不像你家的年輕醫生、年輕櫃檯態度不好又沒耐心😑。

去這間好幾次了，前幾次體驗還蠻好的（沒有指定醫生），最後一次去是2、3個月前，一位女醫生說我有幾顆小蛀牙，說要幫我補，其中一顆還沒補之前完全不會痛，補完之後到至今不管咬什麼硬的東西都會痛，我就去別間診所照x 光，很明顯看到那顆被捕過的蛀牙上面有一塊黑黑的，醫生跟我說那邊有蛀牙，我嚴重懷疑上次幫我補蛀牙的女醫生沒有給我補好，我認為對牙醫來說這是一個蠻低級的錯誤。 喔對了，我印象很深刻，那位女醫生在治療中還在跟牙助討論午餐吃什麼之類的，真的很誇張，心都不在病人身上，讓人感覺對待病人很隨便，一點也不專業。

因為貪圖方便更換了離婆家近的牙醫診所，結果來回處理好幾次效果都很不理想，最後還是回到維美牙醫找院長處理牙齒問題，院長真的很讓人安心，會仔細檢查然後說明情況、材質差異、會做如何的處置，過程中因為痠痛或不舒服，都會給予鼓勵和安撫，另外院長的聲音真的很好聽。還有1/18早班櫃台小姐都很親切可愛，隨口誇讚了筆很好寫，意外獲得好寫原子筆一隻!

櫃檯小姐可以改善一下態度嗎？真的很欠缺員工教育！ 牙齒痛已經很難受了，還要一直推託不能看 要看也沒辦法處理？真的是有夠傻眼！ 開那麼大一間 裡面真的素質很爛！
