A very inconsistent place, sometimes everything works (you get your drink refills, your food comes out just right, and they even get the bill right); but most of the time it’s not. Sometimes it takes three to five tries to get the bill right, sometimes your fountain drinks are all wrong. The worst of times, you get the manager coming over to explain to you that the burger is supposed to be cold and raw in the center, the bread on that sandwich was meant to be soggy, that steak is supposed to be prepared well done, and that creamy pasta was always meant to taste sour and give you multiple trips to the bathroom. Friday’s Tainan, always a mixed bag of emotions, because here, it just might not be Friday’s.

Went for dinner with colleagues. The environment is nice and the staff is friendly. Overall the meal was good. Everything was flavorful and tasty. Only problem was the steak I ordered was a little too undercooked even for rare. Next time I'll most likely ask for a medium well done to get a medium rare. It is more expensive than the average spot too.

Typically friendly atmosphere at this American styled restaurant. Food is good with big size. Rib is very tender. Salad is relatively small compared to the other American restaurants. Staff will keep coming checking what you need. I like this restaurant.

I visited this restaurant with my family on August 4 this year. All of the dishes were all tasty. However, it took us some time to wait for the food. Also, the food is a little bit expensive for us.

It was weekend , it wasnt that crowded because people organise costumers well.. but on our experience we waited like 10minutes but we are already told so, so we are also willing to, and the food was good expect it as pricey but if you cant it all of it you can bring it home 😁😁😁

I wouldn't have expected to ever love TGI Fridays so much. The Fridays at the Mitsukoshi is an authentic American experience. The portions are gigantic and loaded with hyper flavor. The staff here is also very friendly and accomodating to English speakers. We have been here twice and had a pleasant experience both times. Upon arrival you are donned with a green sticker that might have something to do with the Toms World next to the restaurant although I'm uncertain. The menus are accessible with a QR code and drinks are served with paper straws. This is the only place in Taiwan I've been able to get buffalo wings with blue cheese dip. Their quesadilla is like if bruschetta tried to be a quesadilla. It's pretty good but definitely not authentic Mexican. Like I said, this place is American. We will definitely be back for some more food to remind us of home.

Need to improve the cleanliness of their tableware. Service was OK, foods arrived in good order and timing.

Great food and plenty of meal and drink deals. All the wait staff are friendly and speak English. The atmosphere when I was there was excellent due to the World Baseball Classic being on.

Restaurant is at the mall. Food is something you'd expect at TGI Fridays. Somewhat expensive to compare with othet places. Good service.

The absolute worst dinner experience i have ever had in my life. DO NOT GO! We ordered drink after waiting 15 minutes we politely reminded the staff that we would like to receive te drinks, again after 15 minutes we still did receive our drink. So we asked them again and after 5 minutes the manger walks by and we kindly ask her whats taking so long. She goes the check on them en comes back a few minutes later saying that 1 of the drinks are sold out. Shortly after that 2 of the drinks arrive yet they still forgot one, and it would take another 10 minutes to make it. We canceled the drink after having to wait more then 45 minutes on the drinks alone, the food was called and of low quality. What a absolute terrible restaurant and extremely disappointing experience.

The price is high, but the meat is too tough. And the service is much lower than before. I think it's much better to eat a hotel buffet at this price. I don't want to go here again. I don't recommend it.

As every TGI Fridays, a good place to indulge yourself. The service was very nice and friendly, and the food was done and presented well
