今天初訪，兩個禮拜前就想要來用餐但是一看到它的營業時間都是在平日 週休2日都沒有營業，正好今天是 端午節且是在星期五；打電話確認還在營業中，就專程的前往用餐，疫情還在高燒中，一路上看到很多店面的人潮空蕩蕩，但是福泰的客人還不至於客滿但是用餐客人也是進進出出絡繹不絕…… 用餐後感想：店面不大 內用的的桌位也不多，但座位都有用隔板區隔、可以讓客人安心的用餐而不受病毒的威脅，而且用餐環境都維持的不錯。他的菜色很多，看起來也都秀色可餐，於是隨意點了草鱼、筋仔肉、龍鬚菜和一碗白飯共180元。龍鬚菜軟嫩好吃，草魚是用酸菜一起蒸的，味道奇佳很下飯，筋仔肉Q到軟嫩爽口很對胃 超好吃的、而白飯的品質也不錯。整體而言感覺是一家很用心在經營的小餐館 ，下回很值得再次去用餐～

An eatery since 1939. Tainan’s unique “fan zhuo zai” culture, to order a bowl of braised pork rice with some small plates such as veggies, stir frys and a bowl of fresh fish soup. There’s quite a lot of different types of veggies, usually I’d order 2-3 types of veggies to eat with their delicious braised pork rice.
