The staff give great service. Took all my bags to my room for me while I parked my car. The check-in was super fast and efficient. The rooms are very big and it has a huge bathroom which is very well set up. There is a gym on the roof...haven't been up yet but it's there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Amazing stay at the hotel. I enjoy myself during my stay there. Room was spacious and clean. Having a bathtub is a plus point. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Accessories are well provided. For example, shower cap, shaver, cotton bud and there is even toothpick. If I am in Tainan, I would love to stay there again.

Not happy this time round. Please note check out time is 11 am. Managed to get an extended checkout at 11.30 am !!! They even called to remind me 15 mins before 11.30 am. Talk about efficiency. Will look at other options next time.

We stayed here as a company, neighborhood is excellent with some new favorite restaurants I've had the pleasure to frequent while staying here. Staff is very friendly, accommodating. Corporate rate very reasonable, the hotel rooms are big and comfortable with soaker tub, soft bed and big windows. The breakfast is good quality with a nice assortment for everyone's taste. Hotel also offer free electric scooter and bikes to get around a little further than walking distance. Underground parking available on site. Best way to enjoy Tainan from this location, see my other reviews for some really impressive restaurants in the area.

We booked the special bundle deal which came with a 20% off HSR ticket and gogoro free rental. We really enjoyed the stay with their friendly and helpful service, a huge bathtub for 2 ppl, a nice big window room, and delicious breakfast! This hotel was built maybe 15- 20 years ago, and I think it was well maintained. Plenty of street parkings around and they have their own parking as well.

Great clean hotel with very friendly and attentive staff! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Complete with bidet, shower with both rain shower head and handheld shower head, and full sized bathtub. The breakfast service was exceptional. A variety of different options, including an egg station where a chef will make eggs anyway you like! There were both western options and a variety of different eastern options in addition to a great fruit selection and coffee machine. Would definitely stay here again!

Really good service; staff is willing to step out of the building to bring our luggages in and had a umbrella with him to shelter us from the rain. Staff is very polite, all of which is shown in their actions and instructions. Would definitely come back / recommend this hotel to others for a stay in Tainan.

One of the best hotel in Tainan city. Just opposite to Tainan city hall, easy to access and locate. Spacious rooms with all the required amenities especially for a business traveler. Most of the rooms were equipped with bath tub. Good front desk staff. We could do check in and check out in no time. Good selection of menu in buffet breakfast too.

Great location and service. Room sizes are big and spacious. Very clean. The front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. Front desk agent, Eli, spoke English and was able to provide us with sight seeing and local food recommendations. They also called taxis for us whenever we headed out. I highly recommend this hotel 👍

Stayed there the third time and was again very satisfied. All staff is extraordinary friendly and welcoming, from the reception to the housekeeping and waiters at the breakfast. Room has a lot of space and is well maintained. Air-Conditioning is working well, however it was a bit too cold for myself, no matter which temperature I set on the thermostat. I ended up turning it off while in the room, which was okay. Shower has always hot water and a good pressure. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job as well. Breakfast has many choices including cook to order eggs/omeletts. Nevertheless there could be a little more options for guests from western countries. Location is quite good as well, many shops, convenience stores and restaurants in walking distance. The also have bicycles and scooters for rent.
