WARNNING: The hotel has been compromised with hidden camera. Not sure if that's from their employees or the previous room guest, which I doubt it will be. The hotel was great, but after last stay, I realized that the USB wall plug was a hidden camera. Because I saw it from Amazon.com. Originally I found the USB wall plug has an XD card in it and might be some high-tech wifi device, but now I know it's just a low-life hidden camera. I've stayed this hotel for... maybe 5 times? I'm truly disappointed. My supplier is a pretty big company locally in Yong-Kang/Xin-Shi, and I'd demand them stop arranging me to this hotel. If I'm the management in this hotel, I'd definitely check room by room and strictly demand this highly-illegal / business-destruction situation never happen again. Btw, it happens in 2020. But who knows if the situation gets even worse? Check your room for hidden camera.

Rooms are clean and tidy, we lived comfortably here, btw the bed is awesome! Breakfast buffet is decent and have various foods.

The hotel impresses with particularly spacious and clean rooms. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom offers a shower and a bathtub. During the whole stay, the staff was always friendly and helpful. Also the room service was very satisfying every day. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore there is a gym, a pool and a calm garden area. While a longer-term stay, one is also invited to dinner in the hotel's own restaurant.

Property is beautiful with garden area! Breakfast buffet has variety of Asian and Western options, including sushi, baked good, and eggs made to order. Free shuttle to the science industrial area daily. Staff are incredible! They are attentive and remember me (at least my room number). Located only a 5 minute walk from a main road with many restaurants, and 10 minute walk from university where there are even more restaurants and cafés and shops.

Modern and clean rooms, most of the staff speak English, free laundry on 8th floor but there is a 24hr coin-op laundry across the road. Complimentary drinks and nibbles too.

Came here to spend some quality time with a group of friends and i could say that it's definitely a must visit hotel to stay here in Tainan. I highly recommend, the place is awesome, staffs are friendly and approachable, food in breakfast were great, just a little problem in the swimming pool area when the wind blows theres something bad smell with the air. But its okay if your not into a swimming person. Maybe theres a piggery nearby or what, but all in all thumbs up and will surely go back after some time.

This is a very nice 4 star hotel that advertises itself as 5 star. Nothing wrong with being a 4 star hotel. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Rooms are nice. Pool is great, probably need a swim cap if you want to swim. There are about 10 or 12 lounge chairs to put your stuff on, also pool is open from early to late. Breakfast buffet has a ton of options though most of it is medium quality. Something for everyone

I came on a business trip to this hotel, and although it’s not large, the facilities are well-equipped. It is very close to the highway interchange, which I find very convenient. The buffet section is also quite good, although the price is a bit high, it is still acceptable.

Spacious. More than the needed amount of space for travellers and their bags. Pillows were too soft for us but the beds were perfect. Lobby waiting area was smaller than I wouldve liked and 2 elevators limited access in the morning due to congestion. Otherwise, it was a great place and would come back again.

Family room is nice and spacious . Very recommend Family vacation staying. 2 double and 2 single beds so total can fit 6 people. 1.5 bathroom. Room is clean and smell good.

Good business hotel. It’s about 200m off the main Yong Kang Road so it’s quite quiet. Get on to the main road and you will find decent Taiwanese fare and KFC as well as McDonald’s.

Good hotel, a bit a pity it’s far away from Tainan center.

Fantastic! Well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet very good. However, when people who were not staying at the hotel started arriving for the dinner buffet, it became quite unpleasant. People were literally pushing us out of the way to get to the food. We’ll stay here again, but we’ll skip the dinner buffet next time.

The best local buffet selection in the south of the island. Room is spacious with gym and pool. A bit concerned with the earlier post about spy cam in the room though. If it can be substantiated, it should have been reported to the appropriate authorities.
