Basically this is a kids and pets free hotel with good location in Tainan area, there is a department store just downstairs and next to it where you can go shopping or kill some time. Most of the rooms with cartoon theme where you may choose for your kid's most like from the TV or movie channels, and here has a lot of facilities which may let them play for free and enjoy it. The foods and design are also suitable for kids to have a unforgettable time, but one suggestion for all the parents that if you don't want to get too tired while waiting for your kids to play, remember to bring some companies for them to play with. Then you may read your favorite books or use you iPhone...

Very nice hotel located in downtown area of Tainan city. If you’re a fan of Adventure Time, Powerpuff Girls and Bare Bears, you’re going to love this hotel. I will let the photos speak for themselves. Kids love this CN theme hotel. If you are taking your little ones to visit Tainan, do consider this hotel.

I did not stay in any of their rooms, but joined a kids event for two days. The place looks very clean and welcoming, the employees are very friendly and try to make the stay of the kids very pleasant. Thank you! Unfortunately we live in Tainan so we won't book a hotel room but I can definitely recommend this place for families and go there for other activities from time to time.

Great hotel for the kids. The play areas were awesome, with drivable and remote-controlled cars, a train to ride on, water spouts, switch room, ball pit, baby play area, etc. For breakfast, there’s even an area of kid friendly stuff. The whole dining area is Cartoon Network themed. The hotel is also right next to a shopping mall Mitsukoshi, which has restaurants, shopping, arcades and rides.

The decorations are cool! The facilities are a heaven for kids. It’s a wonderful place for a family stay.

This is a great hotel for families with young children. The kids can spend an entire day at the hotel, switching between the indoor and outdoor facilities. We only left the hotel to get food. It would be better if the hotel had other alternatives arranged when it’s raining. What sets this hotel apart from others is its outdoor play area where kids can drive ride-on cars and take a train. The only thing the hotel offered when it was raining was animal balloons (which technically should just be something they always have). It would be nice if they had a complimentary arts and craft station. Maybe even games or movies or they could distribute little snacks. The overall service at this hotel is pretty good. The staff are patient and courteous for the most part. However, as a hotel catered toward families with children, I feel like the staff could be more enthusiastic toward kids. I could tell some of them didn’t really want to be there. We stayed at the Cartoon Network Comfort Room King. The room is very spacious and exactly as it appears on the hotel’s website. The rooms and facilities of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. The indoor and outdoor areas are closed during certain times of the day for cleaning and sanitation, which I really appreciate. The hotel is located right beside Shinkong Mitsukoshi and there’s quite a lot of famous food stalls if you’re willing to walk about 15 to 20 minutes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay with Hotel Cozzi. I think adding a few more touches would make the experience even more memorable for kids.

stayed the place due to business trip down south. the clerks are friendly, but the final offer wasn't the offer i received at first (higher than i agreed before) due to the price fluctuation. the breakfast bar is out of this world. clean room, clean bathroom, and really huge play ground for kids. the price fluctuation won't stop me to visit the place again.

The hotel have well mannered and helpful staffs, great facilities, including couple of playground for the kids to enjoy! and is located in the middle of all major attractions in the city, gladly to be visiting again in the near future!

An overnight stay before starting a new work. The buffet breakfast was really good. Responsive and approachable staff. Kids will definitely enjoy this more as this is a Cartoon Network-themed hotel.

Nice room and descent breakfast. I'm sure this place could be a little overwhelming for someone on business or a quiet getaway when it's full of young children enjoying the theme rooms and childrens amenities. In my case a Sunday and Monday night in mid January was quiet.

This review is for the restaurant and the kids area. Great place for kids! The food is not the best ever but it's clean and well made. Must try the coffee milk tea drink. It's awesome!!! We mostly come here for the play yard. The kids love the sand pit and water feature. The indoor play ground is nice and clean. Not a lot of toys but enough to keep my kids entertained. The place is safe. I feel I can relax and have a meal while kids are being entertained and won't run away! The bathroom is awesome! It's got a tiny potty and tiny sink just for the kids! Now some parents don't supervise their kids and some kids are pretty obnoxious and rude. But that's like every playground. We never get to drive the car because on weekends it's only for hotel guests. I wish we can try but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Update: we came on a weekend and there were so many families and people, breakfast buffet was crowded and had to wait in line for 20 min to be seated and the food was not that good. The breakfast buffet is not recommended. This hotel is quite new and right in the center of this city, busy at night. Somewhat children focus, it has two floors with rooms named X Box floor. Also an impressive children play area with small trains and cars for kids. Our room was with light wood decor, not fancy, but clean and comfortable, pretty large too! Nice bathroom!

Great location, right next to department store. Friendly staff especially to kids, has free indoor and outdoor playground which are large enough to entertain kids whole day. Room is huge, modern and clean, however pillows seem to be a bit oversized and not as practical. Give 4 stars but not 5 coz parking and hotel entrance is confusing as it's a joint car park with other 2 hotels and department store. Also the transportation to major tourist attraction is not as easy, would be great if can provide shuttle bus or a day tour service.

Great location close to major attractions and right next to a big mall with lots of facilities for kids, including handicraft activities, a nice car track, mini train ride, indoor playrooms. But breakfast food quality isn't good and service is bare minimum.
