Surprisingly nice hotel located outside of central city. Room is very spacious and clean, equipments they used are quality products, such as hair dryer.. breakfast is luxury with huge selection. The only down side of this hotel is the car park, if you have a huge SUV like mine (XC90) then you would get a hard time fitting your car into the space.. because it’s all electrical car park.

Luxurious hotel in South District, having grand and splendid lobby and commodious rooms! The buffet restaurant beside the lobby on the ground floor is especially great! There is a park in the front across the street, and it is not difficult to find a parking place nearby. Although there is no many sites or shops around the hotel, it is thus a quiet place and a peaceful neighborhood as well. This hotel has been another good choice to stay or to enjoy a feast in the city. Very recommended for family or business trip.

lovely rooms as we booked a family room, great big room also taking care of the kiddies with nice cartoon toothbrush. Many things for the kids to do such as pool, sand pit, jungle gym...and all is included with your room price🤩 Wanted to try out their dinner buffet but.pit it was all fully booked so had a pizza take out instead. Breakfast was great, love it enjoyed it,many selections to choose from.

For a supposedly family friendly hotel, the advertised amenities are scarcely available. For example, the outdoor pool was only open until 630pm and is only open in the afternoon. The arcade is only free in the afternoon and costs money in the evening. The breakfast buffet ends serving at 930am - I see several young families like mine rushing their kids in last minute; other family friendly hotels at least serve until 10 or 1030am. I felt like the hotel wanted people to finish eating and check out asap. Other family friendly hotels also make swimming pool available to guests even after check out. The room we had was also not sound proof, we could hear the conversation from next door very clearly, there were kids screaming and baby crying. We asked to switch to another suite, only to be downgraded to smaller suite. Overall, we are disappointed with this hotel and will not be revisiting with our children. If you or your children would like to take advantage of hotel amenities, I would urge you to look elsewhere.

Where do I start Absolutely love the rooms, they have a small kitchen and a washing and drying machine is a bonus. Room is a good size and bathroom is great and all is very very clean. I would stay here again without a doubt. The staff are super friendly also Only a short walk to all amenities and plenty of restaurants 5 stars for this place all day long

Our room was spacious and overall comfy, the kids loved the indoor playground. The hotel prepared kid size slippers ahead of time as well.

This hotel is not friendly for the guest who consumes a meal at its restaurant because its parking lot at the basement is only open for the tenants even though it is difficult to get a parking space in surrounding areas. The food provided at the restaurant is at low quality but the price is super high.

Clean, spacious room. Nice bathroom. Coffee, tea, water, toiletries all provided. The slippers were way too small. My foot barely made it halfway in. Was a bit noisy, could hear guests in neighboring rooms, people talking as they walked in the hallway by the room. Only had one elevator for 10 floors plus parking levels. There was often a line to use the lift, and then had to pack in whith luggage which proved difficult and uncomfortable.

The room is better than my expectation, with great views if you gaze out from the window. Also, the interior design looks outstanding and the inhabitation quality is great as well. Moreover, the parking lots around the hotel is available at all times with no charges ! Overall, it is worth to live in here no matter you want to have business meetings or holidays in Tainan.

I don"t suggest to have dinner in the hotel buffet. While live music playing guests dancing in a tight area, dangerous and manager did not do anything. My soup was hit by a dancing guest, hot soup was all over my body.
