Why
3
stars?
First
of
all,
I
didn't
realize
this
is
a
residential/hotel
building.
The
lobby
looked
grand,
but
when
they
escorted
me
to
use
the
elevator
next
to
the
checkin
counter...
I
thought
I
was
using
a
staff/delivery
area
(dirty
and
ran
down),
then
when
I
got
to
the
wrong
floor
(residential),
it
looked
gloomy
and
what
you
see
in
an
old,
low
income
Hong
Kong
building!
When
I
got
to
the
right
floor
through
a
keyed
door,
the
hallway
looked
much
better.
When
I
finally
got
to
the
room,
I
realized
I
had
a
room
with
what
appears
to
be
a
sliding
porch
door
to
a
balcony...
but
it's
a
cross
floor
porch
with
no
access,
and
there's
a
huge
sign
blocking
(there
is
no
window
view
of
anything).
The
room
was
nice,
but
I'd
rather
pay
for
a
room
with
no
window
if
this
was
the
case
(no
window
room
was
an
option).
But
the
staff
were
very
friendly
and
accommodating
and
switched
me
to
another
room.
The
room
had
a
window
but
a
partial
one
looking
at
the
front
of
the
hotel.
Unfortunately,
the
table/counter
was
stained
by
either
coffee
or
tea...
I'm
not
sure.
But
we
settled
in
anyway...
too
tired.
The
room
was
roomy
and
clean.
Air
conditioning
seems
to
be
at
one
temperature,
does
not
change...
sometimes
just
too
cold.
Showee
water
pressure
is
not
strong.
Overall,
I
think
the
place
was
fine
except
for
the
layout
and
some
"non-informative"
pictures
and
info
online.
If
it
wasn't
for
the
staff,
I'd
probably
left
and
gave
it
a
lower
star
rating.
