Went here on a Saturday afternoon so that I wouldn't have to wait for a seat because this restaurant is quite popular and there is no wonder why. Their meals are really delicious! I ordered three meals and one plum juice drink. They were all very good. I love the shrimp xiao long bao. They were really tasty! The spicy dry noodles and fried pork were very excellent, too! The spice level of the noodles was just right for me and the flavor of the sauce was very rich! The fried pork was tender and flavorful. I was also happy with the plum juice that I ordered because it was very refreshing. This was my first time to taste the juice of plum fruit. It was interestingly tangy and sweet. Overall, I love this restaurant. Meals are delicious and affordable. Highly recommended.

Very good tangbao. Freshly hand made, steam and serve. Piping hot, delicate skin, lots of soup inside. The place has an open kitchen and is always clean. Other foods are taste also good. The price is somehow high. But i would say its fair enough.

Busy eatery. You get seated and then order on a paper form. Food comes quickly. The xiaolong bao is very good, with a high soup to meat ratio. The chicken is meatier than in used to, but was still good. Noodles were good but not quite up to the standard of the bao.

But I would really think twice next time to order their extras on the menu Especially their wonton with chili oil was very disappointing as the oil has a very weird taste and sweet and sour pork was okish, but also quite expensive for the amount they severed (220$) for 7-8 pieces of pork which is really not worth. Hot and sour soup, not hot nor sour, too bland for a non -Taiwanese pallet. Fried shrimp cake was very good but too oily, batter takes a lot of oil in it. Veggies are kept separately in the fridge which cost from 55-70$. Ambience is decent, newly renovated but too white for a dumpling shop. Overall had an decent experience Would visit again with friends and family especially for their dumplings 🥟 Bon appetite fellows Peace ✌️

A famous local eatery. Serving the ever popular "xiao long bao". Lots of choices to choose from. Good selection of appetizers. Appetizers are of local taste and way of cooking. Some available for for the "adventurers". Appetizers are placed in the fridge near entrance. Pick your choice and bring to your table. Menu are mostly in chinese but most accompanied with dish visuals. Choose and write on order chit. Service crew will come and confirm your order. Drinks are to be ordered and mostly also placed in the fridge near the entrance. Most ordered dishes are nice and tasty. Do couple your dining experience with the "Taiwan beer". It's cheap and nice. We will reserve our comment on the "lion's head ball" dish. It's basically a large meatball cooked in savoury sauce. Service crew are helpful and fast. Price are reasonable compared to the better known eatery in Taipei. Price varies with the selection chosen. Pay at cashier front counter.

Came here during vacation and hugely enjoyed it! The prawn and soup dumplings here are incredible and very well priced, and I recommend them to anyone. In terms of the side we chose, the eggplant side we chose here was not great. It did not taste fresh and was soggy, and overall needed more salt. But! The dessert here is incredible. The fried Taro Balls with sweetened condensed milk were incredible and just perfect. Best dessert I had in Tainan (and one of my best in Taiwan) when spending several days here.

Very good taste for noodles and soup dumplings! Great place for taking friends who want to try dumplings and soup dumplings. The restaurant is very bright and clean. Once you are seated, the staff will come by to take your order when you are ready.

Parking a bit difficult, Just go park in a Paid parking area, Food is very nice , worth to visit , shop is very clean and you can view the kitchen also, inside got aircond and everything. Noodle not very recommended, but dumpling is such tasty in Tainan. The shop is crowded but no need to wait for seat because the seating place is quite big area. will visit again if going tainan

Soup dumpling was so good. I should try some appetizer from the fridge and crab dumplings next time. Very busy place.

food is delicious.. they have English menu too.. it's too popular so expect too crowded and u need to have appointment 1st if you don't like to wait too long in line..

Was in town for business from the USA. Asked my driver for a good dumpling restaurant. Service was fast and professional. Food excellent. Price great. Would definitely recommend.

Tasty dumplings and very quick and friendly service. Not the cosiest vibe, but funny in its own right. Certainly authentic.

Dumplings are good, should have a try. In the fridge has lots side to choose too. In my opinion, price and food are valuable.

I tried it for the first time and I think it's good but the dumpling get cold easily. But the taste is good!
