What a gem of a restaurant! Impressed with the food and freshness. I had the garlic prawns with freshly baked bread and a taste of the fruit yoghurt with home roasted granola. The vibe is chilled and cozy, would definitely recommend.

The food all looked so good on IG and they looked good in person too! I was a little disappointed when one of my egg yolks was fully cooked, but when I took a bite of the chorizo, my disappointment disappeared. Will definitely go back to try the other items. They all looked really good!

A hidden gem! A small homely coffee shop/restaurant tucked away in a small alley off Shulin Street. FANTASTIC food. Had the Syrian Chicken from the special’s board. They’ve got so much great stuff on the menu, will have to come back here several times to sample it all!! It’s quiet, with an artistic and cool vibe the likes of which are very difficult to find in Tainan.

Tucked away inside a secluded alley, and a bit hard to locate from the outside, this restaurant has a homely and comfortable atmosphere with the open kitchen, decorated walls, and several seating tables, all within a small space, yet manages not to feel overcrammed. There's a lot to explore with your eyes on the walls and over the kitchen counter as you wait for food to be served, and a bookshelf near the stairs as well. Small warning to all that if you don't make reservations or arrive early it could be out of seats by the time you arrive. I came here not an hour after it had opened and due to the smaller amount of space it had, it only had a table or two left open by the time I finished eating and it was still somewhat early. Food wise, I love the dressing used with the salad, and they are not stingy with the greens. Mexican Chorizo may be a bit spicy for people with a sensitive palate but it is extremely delicious nonetheless. The bread served today was thick and harder to chew, it required a bit of chewing or water to swallow, however it is very filling. I've never seen such a thick bun used for a burger before. Greatly enjoyed my first visit here, would recommend to friends, and would want to come for a second plate. Excellent stuff, worth its price.

I can hardly begin to tell you how awesome this omelet was. This is the omelet all other omelets want to be. And it was called Green Eggs and Ham, which I loved. This place is legit, none of that weird hot-dogs-and-iceberg-lettuce nonsense you might find elsewhere. HOWEVER the apple pie was a really big disappointment: cold, thick, dry, flavorless crust. Was a bummer after such a nice meal.

Food was good, however, the dish i and friends asked for had too much vegetables. In my case too much tomato. The meat could barely be tasted. I suggest changing the name to Tomato something something instead. The attention was a bit uncomfortable due to the fact that the waitress had an attitude. Maybe she was moody.
