But I don’t know if this [pot] is any better than other stores. It feels like you have to wait a long time to heat it up. Personally, I think the soup is very salty, and the soup is very salty when it is boiled for the first time, so it is not very tasty. The fish book tastes similar to other hot pot restaurants in Tainan. The meat is mediocre and the tofu comes in a whole box, but it doesn’t taste good after cooking for a while.     My favorite hotpot restaurant in Tainan after Moso Bamboo Hotpot! 🫶🏻I really like the soup here, it’s fresh and tasty. The important thing is that you won’t feel thirsty even if you drink too much!
