It took me more than two hours to wait at emergency services, after two hours waiting you need further more hours to wait for the test, inspection and report, glad I'm not bleeding or something urgent otherwise I might die during the wait... sincerely suggest don't come here they won't have time to serve you. Update: after all, it took me 5 hours in total.

I've had both good and very unpleasant experiences here. Most of the staffs are professional and respectful, however, my recent appointment was unfortunately very disturbing. The doctor was extremely condescending and snarky, being dismissive of my illness, and did not conduct a proper exam. Although he didn't said it out loud, it was strongly implied that if it's not tumor, it's not worth waisting his time. I'd encourage anyone considering getting treatments here, check the doctors' credentials and reviews before making an appointment.

I don't normally review because I believe bad experiences at certain places are situational. However, my experience at this hospital really changed my perspective. I know nurses and doctors are overworked and I do sympathize. However, it doesn't give them the right to: 1. Waste my time 2. Act all high and mighty 3. Have the audacity to charge me for something when I wasn't told that it would be out of my own pocket. My review is going to get ignored since I know that is only one out of the numerous comments. To anyone who can understand this, if you're ill, go elsewhere.

Strongly recommend you to download its hospital app. You are able to see the current number and your appointment number. It saves me a lot of time. The doctors here are really good, in fact, I think is the best in southern Taiwan. Due to the fact that I am a NCKU student, the doctors always treat me well and are willing to explain my case in detail. Also, since I have been seeing psychaitry for more than two years and met many different doctors, I can say that every doctors is kind and professional. Moreover, the medicine they proscribed is really good. Last, the hospital has tried to reduce the process time for the patients. Although there are still many flaws, they have already made a great improvement.

Wait more than 10 hours for an arm surgery, still waiting.

I was SHOCKED at how quick and painless my experience here today was. As a tourist w/out travel insurance, realising last-minute I need anti-malarial meds for some upcoming travel, I prepared myself to waste away a confusing, exhausting, potentially unproductive day at the hospital... only to be out in 1 hr after arriving at 9am on a Friday! Each step in the process was efficient, and everyone I interacted - from the help desk to the doctor to the pharmacist - was kind, patient, and professional. Very impressed.

Doctors and staffs are very nice and professional. (ER, OPD, WARD) A good hospital. p.s a perspective from this industry.

Worst hospital ever. Nurses and doctors are clearly below average, laking in knowledge and empathy. In addition to this, they are rude and arrogant. One star for the few good doctors there.

Very helpful staff. I am a foreigner who can’t speak Mandarin. The staff helped me figure out the procedure and even escorted me through the various counters I needed to go to. Everyone were very kind, polite and helpful. The doctor laid my fears to rest. Very good experience.

Excellent system for getting the PCR test report, almost painless, after you reserved a spot on the day of your selection. Just pay in cash and you will have the report on the same day or the next day.

Quite convenient, it could be better if there's more doctors.....
