1.你們進來不到五分鐘就幫你們點餐了(有掉監視器看時間)
→那您可能要再確認一下,進去沒多久就拿到菜單沒錯,但我們想點的時候左顧右盼很久就是沒有店員;至於為了這個調監視器我也不方便說什麼,我總不可能在那邊計時,但體感就是很久
2.對前面有兩組客人也有熊貓訂單都是按照順序出的..所已你前面那桌還沒出完不可能幫你插隊不好意思..
→沒有要插隊,陳述我們等很久的事實而已
3.19:30一堆東西沒了?我是說雙層牛肉漢堡沒了耶..你是不是誤會了什麼
→朋友就想吃雙層漢堡,結果你說牛肉不夠不能做雙層,但是可以做其他的,最多"兩份",這邊邏輯就怪怪的,可以做兩份牛肉但不能作一份雙層?另外那就算我口誤吧,因為確實朋友想吃的雙層漢堡就是沒了

我也沒有想當奧客,純粹想反映我當天消費的感受罷了,當天週五晚上7點半這種熱門時段,店裡還只有2組客人(包含我們),但願這不是常態;新市已經很少像貴店這種形式的餐廳,反映出來是希望你們聽聽顧客感覺,畢竟不是所有人都會願意反饋,更多都是直接下次不來,以上,希望你們看得下去。
