1.你們進來不到五分鐘就幫你們點餐了（有掉監視器看時間）
→那您可能要再確認一下，進去沒多久就拿到菜單沒錯，但我們想點的時候左顧右盼很久就是沒有店員；至於為了這個調監視器我也不方便說什麼，我總不可能在那邊計時，但體感就是很久
2.對前面有兩組客人也有熊貓訂單都是按照順序出的..所已你前面那桌還沒出完不可能幫你插隊不好意思..
→沒有要插隊，陳述我們等很久的事實而已
