Such an awesome experience, this place is incredibly cool. I love old machinery and buildings, it's all original and most everything is right where it was left when it shut down. The cafes are really good and just cool use of the structures there. So many places to go and very well decorated. The drum show was awesome as well. Also zipline, climbing, laser tag, etc, So much to do!!!

I had a great time with my students. Lots of fun activities to do and it seemingly isn’t as busy during the week compared to the weekend. If you’re not big on crowds, the best time to visit would be during the week. The restaurant serves delicious food as well, so that’s the perfect spot to take a break from the activities and all the exploring. The theater performance was out of this world (a little sad that the students were a bit rowdy throughout the performance but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it was a great performance and experience overall). I’d definitely mark this as one of my favorite places to visit in Taiwan.
