For a restaurant on the top floor of the highest building and the most luxurious hotel in Tainan, this restaurant is pathetic. They close at 9, last order is at 8-8:30ish, so it's not for a nice long dinner. The furniture had many stains, even the cloth serviettes, which are supposed to be white, had stains. Did it taste good? Normal I would say. It's just that the atmosphere is bad when you sit on a dirty chair with a nail coming out that scratched the floor so badly and then you can't even order much because they close so early and then it is very expensive for tiny portions, no thanks. That's not where I would bring anyone important. I expect more for this price, at least be clean. The staff were good though. Very nice and polite.

The food is food court is not so intriguing. There are better restaurants outside with more affordable price and tastes better. The staffs in the department stores are very nice.

The room was nice. The food was also good. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because the extra bedsheet and pillow had a weird smell that gave a allergies.

Comfortable space while you looking around..

Love the Italian restaurant "Grazie" on the 4th floor. We mainly come here for this restaurant. They have excellent prices on the best tasting Italian food in Tainan. My wife is a foodie and loves to cook Italian herself. We've also been to Italy and my wife's sister is a food snob herself. We love this place because they don't add weird Taiwanese style ingredients to Italian food. The service is fast during lunch. We went once on a Friday evening and would not recommend going during this time. If you have time, it's no problem. But we didn't. Either way, we have returned during non-peak times for a great experience. (My wife loves their squid ink pasta and squid ink pizza, we haven't tasted anything as delicious anywhere else).

It is the best tunnel for tnfsh students. When the hot day comes, walking through this building is the best thing in the world. And the McDonald's in the basement is good, too

Big department store in front of the rear gate of the train station. As it is tall and striking, this building has become a landmark for direction toward the station! It is very convenient to reach here either by train, vehicles or public transportation. There are some high class restaurants inside the store, and the hotel is just behind the building as well as its big dining hall downstairs. Things are a bit expensive here, but their service and quality is good. This is really a comfortable and cozy place for shopping and dining!
