    I barely exercised, so on the advice of a physical therapist, I embarked on the road of fitness. I thought that since I wanted to keep fit, instead of getting injured randomly, it would be better to find a professional coach for training. After all, I no longer have the capital to get injured! 😂 By chance, I started walking for fitness. Here I met Coach Mingrui and Coach Demi, both of whom are rare and excellent coaches! I highly recommend 👍my coach Demi who is super upright and has a great figure😍. During the class, she will teach you how to relax and train according to your problems and needs. She will arrange and tailor the training schedule. She will also guide the movements very carefully during the class. , always caring about students' muscle strength and feelings, even breathing adjustments, diet control, etc., and received a lot of suggestions and improvements, and Demi is super gentle and patient, and she can feel her obvious progress every time she attends class. I look forward to every class, I really like Coach Demi🥰. Next, I would highly recommend Coach Mingrui. He is super attentive in teaching [feeling] and [power generation]. In addition to letting you understand the reasons for each movement, he also explains the direction of muscle power very clearly. I almost thought I took anatomy 😂 and learned a lot about weight training, which really benefited me a lot! And during independent training, if the movements are not standard, the coach will find out and correct them in a timely manner. I really feel the coach's intention! The class method is humorous and cool, and it does not forget to train you until the afterlife💪🏻. You will definitely gain a lot from the class. For me, in addition to getting healthier and healthier, watching my body gain muscle and lose fat, the changes in body shape and muscles are also visible to all my friends! I really feel a sense of accomplishment🌟I can clearly feel my improvement! Finally, I really recommend walking for fitness. The other coaches are also professional and warm-hearted. You can feel that it is a warm gym! 🥰Of course the environment and the quality of other students are also great! I'm very happy that I chose to take up fitness.     I sincerely recommend Goal fitness & Coach Mingrui! I'm not joking. I believe that all of you who will click in to read the comments are like me. I don't like to see comments that are too official and too ordinary. Sometimes reading comments is one of the joys of life. Although Goal Fitness is small, it has everything you need. It has a bright and clean environment, large floor-to-ceiling windows with good lighting, and good bathroom facilities. It also has a Dyson hair dryer, coffee machine, and water dispenser. But I didn’t go to Coach Mingrui for what I wanted. Say, He will be born to you. Coach Mingrui teaches carefully and explains clearly and in detail. He clearly demonstrates and explains how to do each movement and posture correctly. Compared with before, you can know more clearly what parts you are exercising when doing movements and what muscle groups you will use. The coach explains His professionalism is comparable to that of a doctor. I thought he was taking a biological anatomy class haha Oh, and they are 100% considerate. Even if you have to cancel the class due to incapacity due to menstrual period, you can tell the instructor one second before class. It will be no problem. They will also take the initiative to care about whether they have recovered. You don’t have to worry about class deductions (for girls) is a big plus) The other coaches are also very kind, overall 100%~

    I never thought I would be on the road of rail transportation. In the past, I would not stand if I could sit, or lie down if I could. I would rather starve to death than be lazy to death. I was too lazy to even go downstairs to get takeout. I don’t care about the meaning and advantages of heavy training. Anyway, it’s good to look thin. But when the body fat is 32%, the health you think is not healthy. If my shoulder was not so sticky one day, the physiotherapist suggested training my back muscles and asking my back to take more of the load off my shoulders. Otherwise, the gym would be a place where I would never be able to walk in. I would spend four days a week walking there. Five times, I walked for more than a year, and I even wanted to go forever. If it weren’t for Coach Demi, who is patient, attentive, takes the trouble to help and find solutions to problems, and cares more about the students’ rights than the students, I would never have thought of continuing. The first light on the road is so important~ Without her, I would I should still be lying in bed all day long. More people need to experience the beauty of heavy training, both mentally and physically:)

    Every time I get a health checkup, my body fat is on the high side. I want to gain muscle and lose fat, but I’m actually a little afraid of fitness at first. But after my friends’ sharing and training results, I want to try it too👀 My coach is Ah Xin. He always gives me a lot of advice during training, such as how to apply force more easily and control the point of force. He can also see where my posture is wrong and help me adjust to avoid injury. Very professional in making adjustments to the training according to the students' conditions! It makes me better every time than the last time😆 Ah Xin is a very attentive and kind coach, and he also encourages students. He lays a solid foundation first and then gradually increases the difficulty. The teaching method is very suitable for me as a novice. The environment for fitness is also very comfortable. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows on the second floor is very good. Yes, every trainer is very friendly and professional, which also makes me not afraid to step into the gym. I highly recommend this place👍🏿👍🏿

    交通便利,忠孝復興捷運站一出來就到了,而且環境非常乾淨!跟著阿樺教練鍛鍊身體兩個多月,體脂降了很多,身體的肌肉也都團結起來了不會鬆鬆垮垮的,非常棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    讚讚的健身房~ 大推我的辣教練Demi!教課很認真又很好聊天,剛接觸健身有點怕怕的,但教練都很有耐心的講解和調整動作,現在一個人自主也安心很多!除了訓練之外也會關心你的飲食狀況,適時給建議,跟著教練幾個月下來自己的進步讓我超有成就感~ 健身房環境也很舒服,不會太擠,超喜歡大窗戶可以邊練邊看風景,設備新、地點方便,其他教練也都很熱情,會親切的跟你打招呼、聊天,有問題也隨時會幫忙,很喜歡這裡的氣氛!

The most important thing is that such high-quality coaches and gyms were introduced to me. My coach Demi is really a rare and good coach. She puts in her heart and soul and works hard. Highly recommended. She is professional and serious in teaching, friendly and talkative and easy to get along with. She prescribes the right medicine and tailors the training schedule for each student's individual problems. In addition to correct muscle exertion, breathing adjustment, and post-training relaxation, we even provide suggestions on diet control for three meals a day. After a few months, I can clearly feel that the problems that were bothering me at the beginning have been improved, and my posture has changed.
