The receptionist is very rude. Having a loud music in the lobby and refuse to turn it down. However, when a foreigner came, the two snobs immediately turned it down. Very rude and impolite!

This is the best capsule I've stayed in Taiwan. The location is great. There is a FamilyMart on the 1st floor. It's close to the MRT and everything. The persons there were very friendly and solved my issues when I could not close my door. The price is very reasonable if you stay in that location. However, I was unlucky because there was a big group of the young people staying there. They were very noisy even though I used the ear plug.

I stayed 2 nights in a double bed capsule. Loved it. The facilities and rooms are clean, including the showers. The common areas are big enough, you can chill or eat in the different areas. The kitchen is neat. There is a free breakfast but I didn't attend any. When you stay in a dormitory you know that some people are gonna wake up early and so on. The capsule where arrange in such a way that you could have your own privacy. For my part I stayed in a part of the dorm where I could close a door from the rest of the other beds. Just so you know, the place is located in a basement so there is no window. It is located just 2 min walk from the main station (exit M8) and not so far from the MRT that goes to the airport. If I come back to Taipei, I'll stay there again for sure!

Best transit hostel ever. Glad I choose this place. They have almost everything that you need. Free coffee, tea, water, cereal, milk tea, you can use all kitchens utensils (microwave, spoon, plate, toaster). Great communal room. Great shower, good toilet (with warmer seat) I love this one, great soap and shampoo. But you must bring your own towel and toothbrush. No big deal for me. And last one is great bed and pillow. Happy rest.

A little pricier than the usual hostels I stay in but is certainly worth it! Very clean. Cold AC. Movie room. Amazing musicians performing most nights. Free tea, toast, coffee and biscuits. Shower amazing. Staff very nice. Excellent location. But the best bit is when you open your capsule you are met by a work of art that is your beautifully made bed! I don't know how they make them so nice!?

This hostel is very clean and comfortable. I had to check in at 3am and they had an employee waiting at the front desk for me. Everything is very modern and the capsules are nice and roomy. Each capsule has a box that locks automatically when you remove your key card so you don't have to worry about your stuff. The location is very convenient for getting around Taipei because it is right next to the MRT main station. This place is truly excellent. I've seen five star hotels that were not as clean as this hostel. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for two nights and it was a great experience. This place is perfect for young solo travelers like me. It has a youthful vibe and very near to the train’s exit, family mart and police station so you really are safe.

My all time favourite hang out and place to rest after a long flight. 1. Location wise is stone stone away on between the metro station (exit M8) and hostel. 2. Just a decent place to rest 3. Wifi should be good but due to the typhoon hak kui, seems to be broken down. Hard to be connected unless must direct go to their front desk or lobby to get connected 4. Toilet facilities still maintaining but somehow on the equipment may needs to get upgraded soon.

Having had to change plans and book a hostel at the last minute, I’m happy to say everything was great about this place. Super affordable with really clean, modern facilities, it felt better than any hostel I’ve ever seen. Nice, caring staff also. Would definitely come back!

Very clean tidy and welcoming accommodation. Close to everything, affordable and charming - I find it adorable and has a great sense of community. It's cosy, has plenty to do while sitting around and I would highly recommend staying here. 10/10

A must book place for solo traveler, especially female. This place is right in the middle of Taipei, 5 minute walk from the subway and really close to the police station so very safe. There's also a great breakfast place right next door, they have really good rice roll aka 飯糰. Front desk is always manned and there's always at least a female staff there. They're super nice and always helpful. It's my first time at a capsule hotel so it was an interesting experience. The place is underground but have really good air flow system. Each room/bed is efficiently designed and comfortable. It will be a bit cramped if you're a tall person. Kitchen is well equipped with cups, water dispensers, fridges and even free snacks! There's a laundry room next to the kitchen with 3 washing machines, it's not free so make sure to have some changes. There's also a sink and free clothes spinning machine to wring dry your clothes if you prefer to hand wash. There are female only, male only and mixed zones. Each zone have their own shower area. The giant shower room with individual huge bathroom stall was unbelievably clean and well stocked. They provide free lotions, q-tip, cotton pad and even hair brushes!

This was a great value hostel in a top location - just a short walk to the main Taipei Station, so you can easily commute around the city and take the train to the airport. I hadn’t stayed in a capsule hotel (or hostel) before, so it was a new experience for me. The facilities were super clean. I liked the heated toilets and free espresso coffee. Staff were great and the keycard access made everything simple. Most of the guests were Chinese or Taiwanese. Overall this suited me for a short stay, but I would pick another spot for any stay in Taipei longer than 2-3 days.

    - no matter how long you stay they will clean the room once you have checked out - Bad communication skills of the staff make me disappointed. - location is perfect, facility is pretty good, washing machine cost 50 ntd and for drying 50 ntd

It's to expensive for a hostel, the rooms are full of beds, about 24 which means a lot of people traffic, the door is constantly opening and closing on the room, and the latch on the door is loud, you can't sleep through it. Therefore a very low rating. Not worth it you can find far better for that kind of money.

This hostel is fully equipped with everything you might need like towels (at extra TWD50), cotton pads, contact lens solution, lotion, shampoo, mouth wash, q-tips, but there was no toothpaste. Toilets are plenty and clean, nothing to complain. The capsule is actually very spacious and can fit my carry-on luggage. I liked the privacy, something alot of hostels don't have. There is also plenty of storage space for you to store things securely. It is locked once you remove the card. It is literally like having your own room. With about 12 people sharing the female dorm, there is bound to be some noise, but I wasn't affected because I put on ear plugs every night, which were free for you to take at the desk. The staff were really friendly and helpful when I needed help with the washing machine. It costs 50TWD to wash and another 50 to dry. I did lose my card during my stay and the penalty was NTD300, but that was my fault. If you are petite like me, the capsule is gonna be super spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Thanks a lot for the whole my experience in this wonderful place for the last 2 hours although I bought 3. It exactly is my bad to choose here to take a nap for having none sleep in last 40 hours. No one mentioned about the new employees orientation is coming also the cleaning process as well when I was checking in. I gotta say here is a good place for leisure, but don’t come here when you really need a good sleep, especially it is not “in the bed time”.

ALL BEDDING IS DOWN. Facilities are very modern and they even have slippers for you to wear indoors or into the shower. Back to the down - if you are allergic to down, this is not the place for you. Not only is the bedding (pillow AND comforter) down filled, there is down floating everywhere.

Stayed at the capsule hotel for 2 nights, facilities were very clean and modern, plenty of common areas to relax and chat with friends or make new ones. But beware if you are a light sleeper as rooms are not soundproof and there is some noise from snorers or late sleepers/early wakers. Overall a good place to stay in a very convenient location

Best hostel. Super clean and in the best location. We stayed 11 days and it was amazing. Daniel, who works there, was especially wonderful!

Comfy and tidy, perfect for travelling alone but want a quality accommodation. The only thing is there's no locker to store big luggage (only a small one will auto-locked when you take your card away), you have to leave your luggage in an open area. But it's fine to me cos the ppl I met are kind and seemed safe.

Nice and clean hostel near to Taipei Station and walking distance to Ximenting Night Market. Huge common area, clean pantry and spacious dorm/capsule. Highly recommended if you stay in Taipei especially female solo traveler as they have female only bathrooms and toilets
