so
I
continued
to
attend
Hui
Yoga
from
19
weeks
to
40
weeks
now.
I
practiced
with
Teacher
Hui
without
any
exercise
background.
Even
in
the
third
trimester
of
pregnancy,
I
was
still
able
to
move
freely.
More
importantly,
Teacher
Hui
always
brings
birth
information
with
positive
energy
to
everyone,
so
that
people
can
face
the
beauty
of
pregnancy
with
peace
of
mind~.

teacher's
yoga
classes
not
only
teach
pregnant
women
yoga
movements
to
relieve
discomfort
and
help

delivery,

knowledge

concepts
about
natural
childbirth,
and
experiences

gentle

more
confidence
in

The
teacher
will
not
use
complicated

students

movements

participated

"Hypnobirthing".
During
the
five-week

we
practiced

also
learned
many
details
of
gentle
labor
and

I
gain
a
better
understanding
of

process

the

of
