    Because I heard that it is easier to have a baby if you are more active during pregnancy + you want a gentle delivery, so I continued to attend Hui Yoga from 19 weeks to 40 weeks now. I practiced with Teacher Hui without any exercise background. Even in the third trimester of pregnancy, I was still able to move freely. More importantly, Teacher Hui always brings birth information with positive energy to everyone, so that people can face the beauty of pregnancy with peace of mind~. - The teacher's yoga classes not only teach pregnant women yoga movements to relieve discomfort and help facilitate smooth delivery, but also share knowledge and concepts about natural childbirth, and experiences of gentle childbirth, so that people can have more confidence in childbirth. The teacher will not use complicated props, but will help students familiarize themselves with the movements so that students can easily do them every day when they return home. These movements are very helpful in correcting the fetal position and improving body aches! - At the same time, the teacher also offers "birth yoga" and "hypnosis birth" courses that couples can participate in together. I participated in "Hypnobirthing". During the five-week course, we practiced effective relaxation methods, focused on positive birth thoughts, and other exercises. We also learned many details of gentle labor and labor changes. As I gain a better understanding of the production process and current methods, the choice for production empowerment will become clearer, and I will be more positive and confident in facing the physical changes of production.     When I was pregnant with my baby 4 years ago, I learned about Hui Yoga through friends in the club. I went to several classes at that time and left a great impression. Four years later, with the arrival of Erbao and my own physical factors, I came to Hui Yoga again and followed the teacher's guidance in class to exercise my body in a gentle and effective way. The most surprising thing is that the yoga class also includes pregnancy and childbirth courses with different themes. In addition to teaching us yoga movements, the teacher will also share a lot of knowledge related to homeopathic birth and parenting before class.     I started attending Teacher Hui’s pregnancy yoga classes from about six months into my pregnancy, and continued until I was 37 weeks pregnant to prepare for delivery. During the class, I practiced breathing, birth control movements, and Kegel exercises, which helped me prepare myself step by step. You can also feel your body stretching and relaxing! In particular, the teacher also held a "birth preparation course" to help my husband and I understand the preparations for natural birth and relaxation techniques during contractions. After learning so much, I believe that when the first sign of labor comes, I will be able to deal with it calmly.     I have been learning pregnancy yoga with Teacher Hui since the early stages of my pregnancy. In addition to physical exercises, the biggest gain every time is the pregnancy stories or knowledge before class, which can help me understand various situations that may occur during labor. My partner and I also took a hypnobirthing class together. In addition to learning birthing knowledge, more importantly, we practiced relaxation.     孕期間在慧老師這裡的練習真的覺得很受用,讓孕期間體力跟精神也好很多,每週兩次,每次1小時的時間讓整個孕期輕鬆許多,舒緩循環不好的不適。 動作效應概念說明為我帶來更多幫助,生產經驗分享也讓我有心理準備。 最後悔的事大概就是沒有更早一點認識慧瑜珈,在28週時才遇見慧瑜珈,真的很可惜🥲 在慧瑜珈渡過一段開心的時光,感謝老師♥️

    I really enjoyed my classes with 慧老師. Kept me nimble throughout my pregnancy. 慧老師 is also very well informed with birthing stories/ practices in Taiwan, which she shares with us and had been immensely helpful for me when making my birthing choices. The positive birthing stories have also been of great comfort. Being a first time mum, this was all very valuable. We also took hypnobirthing classes with 慧老師, which really helped prepare my birthing partner and I for our baby’s birth. 預產期要到了,課上完了,有點捨不得。懷二寶的時候會再回來~❤️❤️❤️
