We booked this hotel for a quick family getaway to spend time with our elderly grandparents. With 12 people, 4 elderly individuals, travel from Tainan to Taipei is quite the feat. We had planned accordingly to ensure that we could arrive exactly at 3:00 PM. Around 2:45 PM, the hotel called a member of our party several times, asking if we would be arriving soon. We confirmed, that we were less than 15 minutes away. Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff were terse, and informed us that we had given “too short of notice”, thus our hotel rooms were “being prepared”. Out of four rooms booked, only one room was ready. (Of note, these were booked two nights prior to arrival due to the unpredictability of elderly individuals and travel). For such an expensive and hotel of high regard, there was little value here. Not only did they badger a member of our party to ensure we arrived on time, they did not even have the rooms ready! Upon further inquiry, they refused compensation or reimbursement and apologized for the late rooms with a bag of dried mangos. I understand the hotel staff is likely overworked, however a bag of dried fruit cannot be an appropriate for the amount of time it took. It was nearly 30 minutes after 3 PM that our rooms were ready. 1. Do not call incessantly if the rooms are not ready. 2. Please do not provide gestures such as dried mangoes in this setting. This is truly not appreciated and not appropriate in this context. We ultimately left these in the room. 3. Please find a way to ensure the staff has a more appropriate outlook on this situation. 4 elderly people, two in wheelchairs should not be forced to wait for such a long period of time, when we reserved to check in a certain time. 4. It is incredibly unprofessional to charge more to check out late, when you cannot provide the basic service of timely check in that you say you will provide. Overall, the staff was not appropriate. They were terse, impersonal, and not the professionals we know them to be. Having had members of our party previously stay at the Regent in the past, this is not the same hotel. The former was of far superior quality and what is currently left is quite an inferior version of its former self. We will never be returning again and highly recommend against this hotel to others. You can get much more for your money at other establishments nearby.

One of Taipei's finest hotels, my room received a complimentary upgrade, surpassing my expectations in size. It features a cozy bench for relaxation. The expansive basement-level breakfast venue offers a delightful array of local and international cuisine. The attentive staff enhanced the experience. Caution is needed on the lobby level due to an unnoticed step, a design flaw in the dimly lit area. Nevertheless, the clean room boasts a fantastic view. Despite long check-in/out queues, the hotel's proximity to bike stops makes exploration convenient. Excellent location overall.

I cannot recommend anyone to stay at this property. The hotel design is dated with unsafe design and security. There is uneven flooring presenting as a gap between the rest of the hotel and the lobby that is a fall hazard, to the extent that the hotel employs staff to stand at the gap to alert guests. The rooms are accessed via a physical key and not with modern scan cards that nearly all hotels now use. Subsequently, random people can access the entirety of the hotel. There is no security or scan system to prevent them from taking the elevator to guest rooms. I experienced a horrifying nightmare where a neighboring hotel guest, a foreigner, attempted to break into my room, with his entry even aided by a nearby housekeeper who approached and reached for keys to assist him to wrongfully enter. When caught, both the housekeeping aide and foreigner fled without a word. Aside from mid-level manager Kevin, hotel management did not take this attempted break-in seriously. Senior-level management, specifically Cynthia Shen and Simon Wu, acted irresponsibly and had extremely questionable responses including attempts to lie and retcon what happened. I believe management put the welfare of this foreigner over the good of the locals, as to my understanding he did not even get a “slap on the wrist,” for his break-in attempt. A few weeks later I returned via a previous booking. Bizarrely, Cynthia specifically put me in the neighboring room from the incident. Returning to the same place was extremely unpleasant and traumatizing. What if the foreigner was still there? The Taipei Regent is a massive property with countless rooms, there was no need to arrange my return to the adjacent room. Even worse, despite explaining the situation, the front desk said they did not have the authority to change my room. The Taipei Regent’s management has shown an indifference to crime. They chose to ignore obvious facts, and emails would go unanswered for nearly a month at a time. Management was simply not interested in helping or protecting their guests, even a repeat customer such as myself. Again, I cannot recommend anyone to stay at this property.

I don't recommend for business travelers. Please read with consideration as it is based on my expectations for a 5-star hotel. 1) Internet (wire and wireless both) in room is frequently disconnected. you can experience disconnection every about 5 minutes. I couldn't work in room comfortably. 2) The condition of the room is well maintained, but the soundproofing is not good. 3) There are so many tourist, so Lobby is too noisy and you have to wait a long time to get help. 4) Bed is harder than other hotels. What I was satisfied with it are just location and breakfast.

Poorly maintained. The plumber and hotel representative came to my room after the second call. The plumber didn’t speak but his expression shows that it happened so often that he must have sounded this to the management. The hotel representative apologised but without any compensation. Not even a single voucher or service. Clearly not a 5-star hotel standard service recovery SOP. Room has Poor sound proof. buffet breakfast has a 60-minute dining restriction. Nobody tells you that until you reach the restaurant. Upon check-in, the lady at the counter mentioned 7am-10am which misled guests to believe they can sit and relax during that period. First and last visit to Regent, there are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Taipei.

My repeated visit but totally disappointed on this stay. The hospitality and service spirit no longer lives here....sigh Some crew members are even borderline being rude. Used to be a great hotel, a destination itself to be here. If you are light sleeper, beware sound proofing is bad, doors slamming seems to be the things here, and there's some constructions around hotel and they start work early! Been to their sister hotel, Silk Yilan, same bad services. 👎

The hotel room is starting to feel a little bit dated but overall, it’s been a great stay and would come back again. It’s got a pool on the roof, but not very kid friendly due to the water depth. All staff are very friendly. There’s a kids club on 5th floor but unfortunately it’s only open Fri and Sat. Perfect toys/games for our 1 and 4 year old. I like the shoes off rule. Toys are most suitable for ages 5 and under, in my opinion. The hotel breakfast is great, and convenient. I find it interesting that they use a physical heavy metal key for the rooms. I was worried about misplacing it because it doesn’t have a keyhole in it but it made us extra careful about not losing it. We stayed for a total of 2.5 weeks with 2 toddlers on the 5th floor balcony suite - perfect kids because the kids playroom is close by. We never used the small balcony area because it’s not that clean and knowing our kids they would definitely get super dirty playing out there. I must say, the service and staff have been stellar. Anything we needed they took care of and quickly.

My family and I had the BEST experience during our stay at Regent Taipei. We stayed for 1 week in June and returned back for 1 week in July before returning to the USA. Every staff member from the doorman to housekeeping and everyone in between were so gracious to us. I would like to acknowledge Ray in Concierge for the 5 star level customer service he provided to me and my family during our stays. From arranging taxi services , luggage services, meal services and beyond, he made my children’s first visit of Taiwan experience unforgettable. The hotel is rated as a 5 star hotel and I can attest this is well deserved for this hotel. The restaurants inside the Hotel are exceptional and the hotel is centrally located to the city’s sites, shopping districts and restaurants. Great spa faculties and their award winning beef noodle soup is a must! I’m very well traveled and This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed coupled with the customer service.

Not even a star is deserved. The day before we checked into Regent Taipei. Firstly there was a delay in having our room ready for check-in. We waited for over 2 hours, which was highly inconvenient especially traveling with 2 kids. Secondly, upon entering our assigned room, one of my kid found a dead COCKROACH🪳 on the floor.. This was extremely distressing and raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. This was not our first time staying at Regent. It saddens me because we had such pleasant experiences with our previous stays. So I believed it was only fair to let the hotel know our concerns privately so the hotel could work towards improving the overall quality of their services. After hearing us out, hotel professionally took immediate action to address these problems, and kindly gifted us with their hotel products to express their sincerest apologies. It was all good.. until we got home to find out one of the gifts they gave was EXPIRED food.... this is ridiculously unacceptable.. certainly not from a 5 star hotel. I'm going to do the hotel a favor and not post 🪳 photos i took in the room.. but seriously.. VERY DISAPPOINTED

It's a great hotel. I've been eating here often since I was a kid. It's full of memories. The service is still very good. Thank you for the service and maintaining good standards. It's great.

Was here two years ago for food only and rated 4 stars. This time came here for a night stay for my wife's birthday. This down graded rating is primarily for the customer service representative at the lobby (not the counter rep). Not a very pleasant experience from the inception. We were aware that most likely we won't be able to check-in until later since we arrived around 10am, but the point is; the customer service rep strongly lead us that we should check-in after 2pm. We just wanted to check-in first and notify us when the room is ready, however, the rep's persistence were too strong and we were tired to insist so we just walked away trying to kill 4....... hours time. Definitely not love at first sight. Note 1: We later found out that if we had checked in first, we could have had two drink vouchers to use while we waited. It made us even more furious knowing that. Note 2: If it's your birthday, you can notify them ahead and they would give you a free cake. We also found out this later, so we didn't get our free cake 😞

The hotel provides comfortable room space and facilities. In addition, the breakfast is delicious with different kinds of cuisine. However, it may not be the first choice if you prefer a quiet accommodation since there are lots of guests with so many rooms.

Pretty good overall but the pool is small, mostly unshaded, and no alcohol is allowed there. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice but overall food quality is mediocre for a 5 star hotel. There is a good choice of restaurants for dinner, but we ate out. Overall, the family package we bought was good value for money, with a very big room with two double beds, and vouchers for spending.

First, no one answers the phone call. Whenever I would like to make a reservation, the phone must ring forever until it says no one is able to answer the phone and I have to call again later. Second, it takes forever for the valet parking to find my car when I try to leave the hotel. I understand you have too many customers for your parking lot to accommodate. Especially since you have such a small parking space compared with all other hotels. You should make sure your valet parking is professional enough for your customers. There are too many times that they left my car window open with the car keys in the car. If any random person just takes the keys and drives my car away, would you take the responsibility for this? I am sure you will, since you have taken the risks by applying this service and let these problems happen for months. And how could the valet not know where he parks my car? When I give the valet the number, he would walk here and there and here and there again, and again. If you let the valet parking be the workaround for your extremely small and chaotic parking lot, you should make sure all of our cars are parked well. I am so tired of waiting for 20 minutes for you to find my car in the hot and noisy basement.

I found it to be an elegant, comfortable hotel. Some complained about the sound proofing, I could hear some sounds but I did not find them to be bothersome. The lobby and restaurant lounge area is lovely and comfortable. If you're on foot, you may not appreciate the journey to get in/out of the hotel, but the sweeping driveway is very cool. I wandered around to try to see some of the lounges listed on different floors in the elevators. Walking up and down some of those hallways is a very quiet, creepy experience. Some of the doors are unlabeled and I wondered if they were concealing a lounge space or some kind of service corridor. One last nitpick is that the caulk or whatever between the tiles in the bathroom was loose or missing, and there were dried droplets there. It wasn't worth calling the front desk about, but just seemed like an odd oversight.

Overall I liked the hotel. The price was fair, the room was nice, and the breakfast was delicious. The fitness center is a bit of a mess. They seem to sell memberships to the public, and sell A LOT of them. I went last night at 9:30pm and every single treadmill was occupied and the small hotel gym was bursting at the seams with people who were not guests of the Regent Hotel. I had to use the elliptical, which I’m thankful was available… but this a 5 star hotel. The fitness center should not be over its capacity. Updated on Day 2: the gym was even crazier today. I did two exercises and left, which is very upsetting to me. I wasn’t expecting to have so much trouble doing my work out at a nice hotel. The gym is not large and there is not enough dumbbells and equipment to match the amount of people they are allowing to buy memberships.

Thank you Nita for the warmth and hospitality. Overall staff and service were top notch and looking forward to return to this hotel again in the future. Brasserie restaurant offers very good buffet selection from breakfast to dinner and turn down service were rendered during my stay. The health club are equipped with full facilities from complete gym equipments to sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Strategically located in the heart of Taipei with 8 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. Thank you for the wonderful experience Regent Taipei! ❤️

I frequently travel to Taiwan, and have to say this is probably my new favorite when traveling with my family. The breakfast buffet is excellent, as is the staff. Excellent service across the board. Pool is very nice as well. Great lobby with lots of high end shops.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at Regent. Spacious and clean rooms though the bed is on the firmer side so ask for a mattress topper if you want a softer bed. We loved the city view from our room! Not much to say about the breakfast buffet that hasn’t already been said. It is expansive and surely even the pickiest eater can find something to suit their palette. We loved the local cuisine they served like the bittermelon, egg pancake, scallion pancake, radish cakes, and rice rolls. Servers are hit or miss though. On our last day we discovered the joy of the Kids Club run by the very sweet Iris! She is a gem and my daughter enjoyed the arts and craft activities Iris had prepared.

Loved the service! I was sent to Taiwan for 4 month to assist our Taipei office from Oct to Feb 2022 and had the privilege to switch from hotels to hotels during my assignment in Taipei. I must have stayed at 7-8 different hotels around that area, I have to say Regent is by far the hotel with the best service. I am not saying it is perfect, but every time I asked for help or support, the staffs came right the way to resolve the issues. I loved it, my wife and kids loved it. Spent the first few days there and decided to stay until the end of Feb. Hope to go back again soon.

Stayed at Regent the week before our American Thanksgiving holiday, have to say the experience is superb! Room is very spacious and clean with a large floor to ceiling window overlooking the entire eastern part of Taipei city including that famous 101 building. Dinner at the grand atrium cafe (Azie) trying their Champion beef noodle soup and got entertained by the singer performing live on stage. The next morning's breakfast buffet also lives up to its reputation! Overall, it's a very good 5 star hotel. Definitely will com back again for a longer stay and indulge myself more ... way more!

Title said it all , no recognition at all for diamond ambassadors member. Normally I don’t write negative review even I encountered some hotel but I need to warn fellow elite travellers that this hotel don’t recognise any benefits at all. I stay at this hotel recently for a 4 days 3 night business trip. Arriving late at night and served by front desk Lily, Before hand had already email hotel for late check out due to late flight, standard reply subject to availability. I hold mid tier member for Hilton honor and Shang golden circle which offer free breakfast and almost guaranteed late check out and room upgrade, even 4pm late check out is not offer, at least 2pm late is able due to member, that is what member for. Shang will offer a platter of fruits, beer and canapés,for in room , Hilton honer will offer platter of fruits, canapés and welcome drinks vouchers. Both member will also receive welcome note from residence manager. Regent front desk had already master standard reply for all guest even for elite, I think you will get better rate at travel site vs booking directly since they don’t give benefits at all. Any way check in by Lily at front desk, dear Sir thank you for our elite member, full stop no more. Ask for late check out and reply by, Sorry our hotel is full , no late check out not even 2pm, but I could offer you 12pm check out. Ask for room upgrade, Sorry hotel is full I can’t upgrade your room but I could give you high floor on floor 12. I was thinking , seriously that is the best you could offer me, a 20 floor hotel and the best you can do is 12pm check out and mid floor stay with no upgrade for elite diamond Ambassador member which guarantee for intercontinental property. A quick check on IHG website reveals all room is available but they choose to keep all their room , a very weird decision by hotel management. Anyway I was tired due to late arrival and don’t want to argue and went straight back to room , walkway is old and very dark, and my welcome gift is a small apple and orange. No welcome note and nothing since they also knew my late arrival. Breakfast is served at basement and they will check your 80s key for prove of staying, Yes hotel still use those 80s Physical key .robotics staff bring me to my table and said, you have only 1 hour for breakfast , ask for a tea and the staff walk away without answering or reply. Of course the tea came but damage already done. OMG I was thinking , this is the rudest staff I encountered in a 5 star hotel. Needless to said I bring my suppliers to another 5 star hotel for drinking session and dinner which cost me more than twice of the hotel rate. For fellow elite traveler I would said stay away and give your hard earn money to hotel that recognises you.

Regent Taipei staff is an example of what dedicated staff is all about.. from check in to checking out was a pleasure .. the rooms are immaculate, the breakfast buffet was a welcoming experience. Late night room service was quick and on point. Even last minute suit dry cleaning was done with a hassle. If I ever go back , this hotel will be first on my list. Amazing staff of smiles and help.

Wonderful stay after the pandemic. The dining options on offer blew us away. The service and the attention to details at all level made us feel so spoiled. We would recommend this to business travellers or shopper or foodie who just want to try it all in one place.

Very nice hotel! We stayed five nights and the manager helped us to upgrade to the suite, which was much bigger and with beautiful view to see the mountains in Taipei city. The rooftop pool was great, warm water and huge movie screen at pool. Highly recommended! We will come back for sure!

In general, my stay at this Regent of IHG Group was quite enjoyable. My room was with a very nice park view. My dinner at a shabu-shabu restaurant within the hotel was really wonderful. My wife was very happy with its shopping floors. However, this hotel’s just too popular. So many people walked around everywhere. I sometimes couldn’t really be relaxed. In addition, the services at the lobby cafe were much under this hotel’s standard when we had our welcome drinks there. That’s why I couldn’t give the hotel the fifth star in this review.

It’s very sad Regent hotel is still using plastic bottled water in the room. After staying here for 10 days, I can’t believe how many plastic I’ve wasted. Hope you can start to use glass bottles or install water dispensers.

Ordered food at the Centurion Lounge. Took around an hour to arrive. (Most likely forgot my order). When it did, it arrived cold with strands of hair in it. Absolutely disgusting I would have expected better from a luxury establishment. Not to mention how poorly the parking lot is

Located in the red light district of Taipei, this hotel used to be popular with Japanese tourists before the pandemic. Many of the facilities are in dire need of refreshing; while that one its own is fine, the service here also leaves much to be desired. I've spent quite a bit of money here in the past but the way they treat people who know the owner and the way they treat common folks is just too dramatically different. Should you encounter a problem, you will be met with a huge bureaucratic chain of command. If you decide to stay, you better hope nothing goes wrong. Overall too much to worry about when guests just want to relax.

  • 1/5 Sentence A. 1 year ago on Google
Clients beware! The customer service team has a tendency of shaming you for making reasonable requests! Before I checked out, I finally found the manager and explained the process. All they did was give me a verbal "sorry" plus meaningless promises that they'll upgrade me next time and they'll train their employees better. I will never return to this hotel. These empty promises to improve my experience "next time" does nothing to help me feel better about my horrendous experience there. The room I lived in was most definitely not 5-star quality. Most importantly, their customer service doesn't even deserve 1 star. From night shift to the two managers I interacted with, every employee here provide subpar service comparing to similar experiences from my past. Would not recommend this place at all.

Sat down to have some drinks with my family, while we waited for my partner's family to join us so we could go to the Japanese restaurant downstairs. I wanted to order a bottle of champagne, with four glasses, as well as another drink for myself. My son didn't want a drink, but I asked for another glass in case he changed his mind. We were told that we could only have the champagne with four glasses, if we purchased four drinks as well, separate to the champagne! This is because there is a rather horrendous hotel policy in place, which requires everyone in your group (there were four of us) buy a drink. A bottle of champagne is considered a drink for just two people only! Is the Regent so uncivilised, and so cheap and in need of money, they are willing to force people to buy extra drinks that they don't require? Apparently so. In any event, I cancelled the order for the bottle of champagne, and ordered four separate drinks instead: including a bottled water (cheapest drink) for my son who wasn't thirsty. This obscene, and outrageous, policy cost the hotel money, since the total came to much less than the bottle of champagne plus the extra drink I wanted. The money I saved: I'll happily spend elsewhere, as I shan't return to such a wretched and avaricious place. For the record, The Regent in Shangai is far superior with regards to customer service and satisfaction. Perhaps the manager should visit and learn how to manage a hotel properly? Until then, the Regent in Taiwan is not recommended. Dreadful experience. Given a one star (plus one for the waitress who was pleasant and polite while informing us that the hotel needed to squeeze us for extra cash).

We asked for water when dinning there. We waited for 10-15 mins, and asked more than 3 times. It seems like it’s too much of a task for the waitresses here. Either they grossly undermanned or they willfully ignored our request for a simple glass of water. Can not say I am impressed at all.

I originally booked the hotel because of its well-known Spa service and its prestigious reputation. However, I was a bit disappointed. They changed (or removed i shall say) the spa routines after the pandemic. Plus I have dined in for breakfast but i have been told i could only have an hour to enjoy it. I was not so sure if this was reasonable since i also stayed here im the hotel. I didn't like the dining atmosphere because lots of people were rude and cut in front of you. It was not supposed to happen in the 5 star hotels. I also called a room service for the breakfast at 7:30 am the next day because I had some friends to come visit me (didnt like "an hour rule for breakfast"). The room service for breakfast was from 7am to 10 am but the help desk told me it might be a bit late because the chefs and kitchen staffs wouldn't start working until 7:30 am. So I told them they needed to update the time from 7:30 am instead of 7:00 am (luckily it was still on time 7:30 am the next day). In general, the room was very clean and hotel staffs were cordial. I believe there are still a lot to get improved.

Overall a nice and upper class hotel in a fancy area of Taipei, I was expecting a bit more for a 5 star establishment but the experience was overall very nice. The pool on the rooftop is heated and has movie showings. The buffet type breakfast at Brasserie is outstanding! I can recommend staying there.

Great location. Gym has an ice bath which is great. Room has no coffee machine and the fridge is empty. However convenience store is just around the corner if you don’t mind a walk. TV can’t connect to YouTube. Swimming pool is not the most kids friendly. The bar at lobby isn’t the most friendly for kids neither. Overall I will not stay here if you look for a family orientated hotel. It’s great for adults and couples.

One of the best hotels in Taipei. Since it's been around for many years, the rooms and hallways are bigger. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the corner suites, and we get access to the lounge, which is served by da Ben, a high-quality service floors.

The Regent Taipei is an icon of Taiwan's capital, and rightfully so. With its elegant and classy design, spacious rooms and wonderful views, the Regent is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Taipei. I absolutely loved the heated rooftop pool with a clear view of Taipei 101, as well as the delicious, amazing buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed a tasty lunch here (please, try the beef noodles!) - the portions are huge. You'll find it to be a struggle to leave the property, as the hotel even features its own large shopping mall! Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay so amazing. Will definitely be back someday soon!

We’d heard many great reports about this hotel, which seems to be THE place to stay in Cape Cod over the summer. We just visited for three nights over Thanksgiving. We were very happy to have been offered a free upgrade to our superior cottage room to an ocean view in Harbor Watch. Unfortunately the room didn’t quite live up to expectations. The ceiling had a leak (signs of at least two there before), bathroom tiles were broken and the window shutters didn’t work very well. The room was also lower ground floor with creaky floors above and thin walls to the neighboring room. The beds were comfortable, there’s a good TV, coffee machine and the bathroom was ‘ok’ otherwise. What is without doubt 5* at the hotel is the service. With one or two exceptions, all staff seemed delighted to help and always attentive to your needs. You can’t book at the Tavern but we managed to get a table for two nights around 5.30pm. It does get busy but there always seemed to be space. The breakfast is great, with a buffet ($42) or menu option. There’s a lovey festive feel to the hotel with all the Christmas decorations up. The large sitting room in the hotel is a lovely space for before and after dinner but it can get busy. The nearby town of Chatham is beautiful and there’s lots of great beach walks nearby. Overall definitely worth a visit but peak season prices will seem a lot unless they fix the room standards.

Rooms were extremely spacious and our hosts were fantastic. Their crew were very hospitable and knowledgeable about the popular local destinations and eateries. We also met into some trouble with the safe in our room but the staff were quick to respond and resolved it for us in a few hours. Highly recommend checking out their restaurants too!

Ahhh if I can give this place a 10 I would. Staff, location, price and service was fantastic. I stayed here for 5 nights and was amazing compared to ShangriLa hotel. I already miss that hotel, the staff from the bell man, elevator man and cleaning staff were amazing. 5 star hotel for sure and everything was walking distance! So much food I love it will definitely come back!

Stayed 10days in Regent Taipei from 3/2023 to 4/2023. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very convenient and located in the centre of Taipei. Nearby Metro station has 2 lines which is convenient to travel to most of places for travellers. The service from staffs is also wonderful. Staffs are nice and willing to help. They helped us to microwave the food we brought from 711 nearby. Hotel room is clean, cozy and spacious. It's really a great experience for me and my friends to stay in the hotel and would definitely come back again when I visit Taipei again.

I recently took a short business trip to Taipei, and I had the pleasure of staying at Regent Taipei. I have to say, I was blown away by the impeccable service I received there. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and they were always available to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed. The hotel itself was beautiful, with luxurious rooms and stunning views of the city. I felt like royalty during my stay there, and I'm so grateful to The Regent for making my business trip a memorable one. Thank you to all the staff at The Regent for your outstanding service and hospitality. I can't wait to come back and visit again soon!

Guest room is spacious, super clean with huge floor windows on 2 sides. I especially like the kids game room on 5 floor. My 6 year old came cross Vivi that day in there. She was warm, nice and had beautiful smiles all the time. She engaged with my daughter the whole time and I couldn’t thank her enough! Would highly recommend it to visitors, esp. families with kids
