This hostel was tough. I had good expectations based on the reviews here but maybe it is peak season or horrible timing (bad body odor and hygiene by renters) but the room and ambiance where i stayed b1 was untidy, musky uncleaned odor, and there was poor ventilation and poor circulation. Plus beds were subpar too. lt felt like a bad college dorm. :( The hostel seemed swamped i resulting better quality control. I had to look for a new hostel that same day. :( 🙏

awesome place. its clean. the staff takes care of everyone; it is not the only hostel i staid at in Taipei but definitely the best. I felt like a local, they told me about the best places to eat and drink. beautiful city, beautiful people.

Good LGBTI-friendly hostel for a fair price and with a great location (markets and metro are close). Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. The privat room was ok for that price (positive: clean, quiet, cheap, air conditioning, separate bathroom, ventilation; negative: no window, hart beds, a bit smelly, wet bathroom). In total, it’s a good hostel for single or budget travellers. It’s more about the hosts and the atmosphere!

What a lovely little hostel! 這裡很棒！Convenient location for transit and recreation, clean rooms, full kitchen, Wi-fi, good prices, and most importantly, attentive and friendly English-speaking staff. I'd happily stay here any time I am in Taipei! If you're looking for somewhere to rent for a couple of months, they will also give you a monthly rate. 交通方便，房間乾淨，有廚房可以用，不貴，而且員工很和氣。

What a find! BEST HOSTEL in Taipei for those that value hospitality!

A super friendly hostel and Airbnb to stay in. I lived there for 9 months, and you just gonna blend in the atmosphere of knowing friends from different countries in one place of sharing all stories. Nothing to complain with the super nice owner, a minute walk to 7-11, supermarket, 2 minutes walk to the morning fresh market, Shi Da night market is in 5 minutes walk too. Super convenient with all transport around but in a quiet and safe district.

Cozy and cheap Hostel near MRT台電大樓 Pets friendly！LGBT friendly！ The service is really great I enjoyed staying here a lot And will choose 3 little birds next time 😊

Extremely friendly, clean, reasonable, convenient location in a nice quiet neighborhood near the University. They made me feel at home. What more could one ask for? Except maybe having the management on hand more.

Lovely place and amazing owners! Not to mention the location is just a short walk from mrt station, this hostel also has the kitchen with everything you need! Showering power is another highlight if you enjoy to get rid of your tiredness after a long day. Your body and mind will be well taken care of here in this cozy environment❤️Always recommend my friends this place when they visit from overseas....:) but only remember to write a review now, my bad xx

Super warm and helpful people, great location. My room is nice, also the common areas (bathroom, kitchen,...) are perfectly clean. Highly recommendable Hostel, had such a pleasant time here. :)

I stayed there for more than a week in june 2016. The owner was juste the kindest person ever. Everything there was super clean and everybody was just so nice to me. The subway station is so close by walk that even when raining it wasn't a problem to get there. Definitely one of the best location to stay in Taipei, would return there anytime. 10/10 recommend.

This place was lovely! I've travelled a ton around Asia in the past 4 years, and I don't know that I've ever left a review for a place I stayed. However, they were so so helpful here that I felt compelled to try to show my gratitude in some way. I communicated with Toto ahead of time and he gave me all the information I needed to know. He even stayed up until 2 am to wait for me to arrive as my flight was landing late! Ebon was so friendly as well. Staying there I felt like I was staying in a friends home basically. They offered tons of suggestions and the hostel is clean, quiet, and convenient. Near to the MRT and lots of chance for walking to some stuff nearby if you enjoy walking like I do. There is a small night market nearby as well.
