😐 Outmoded architecture. An urban labyrinth from the 20th century. The cheesy tiled floor at the main hall reminds me of my own auntie. People often mention Taipei, people, station,

Great place has just about everything... In case you have time, you can always place your personal belongings into one of their storage containers. It is fairly inexpensive for a whole day, if needed. Good to Know: Take a picture of your ticket; which contains your pass-code. Also, take a picture of the area that your container is in. The reason I say both is that the paper can get lost; so have it on your phone... Some actually don't even print; so you set password and you better not forget locker number and password. Lastly, and from experience...... I completely forgot where my container was... This place is like a HUGE MAZE! You will have plenty to do just staying in the area for sure, but be best to take a few snap shots and remember a few indicators so you can safely and swiftly locate your luggage container. Note.. You can always call the number on any of the lockers; as well. As long as you remember the locker number.. Great adventure to say the least...

Much improved in the recent years It is a most important station in TAIPEI, which is complex building connected with High Speed Train, Taiwan Railway, Airport Express Line, Taipei City Metro and Highway Buses A great credit given to the decision to open up the first floor UP Market good quality varieties Restaurants and shops - a must for all visitors to Taipei Highly recommend !

Not very convenient. I parked in the West lot and had my daughter in her stroller, but there's no elevator to the first floor. When I asked about an elevator, a staff member decided to quickly answer me in Chinese and push me away. Another staff member told her not to push me, but it was unreal how impatient she was. Bad design and planning has led to this place being difficult to navigate and crowded. It's almost impossible to find other people here as the maps aren't very clear and don't matchup with the information posted in the areas where you are located.

This bustling station is a major transportation hub in Taipei, with crowds of people coming and going at all hours. If you're looking for a place to wait for your train or grab a quick bite, the dining options upstairs are a great choice. With a variety of restaurants to choose from, you're sure to find something to satisfy your hunger before your journey.

Very good to take around, easy to buy some merchandises and foods. But a lot of people especially in rush hours. Famous restaurants and hotels are all around here.

It gives the antique vibe with the brown interior and exterior and I believe it is one. Place is very huge and nice, it's in central area so it's very convenient to travel places to places from here. I booked a hotel near this station and is really convenient for me.

It’s a great Station with simplicity. Convenient for travelers. You can find anything for your need in good price. The transport will not take you long hours to wait.

This place has so many good restaurants, snacks and is massive. The only issue is that is not so convenient and there are a lot of homeless people who use the station outside amd inside. They should help those people instead of leaving them there to fend for themselves.

Only one breast feeding room in one floor for a major transportation point of a capital city. And if it's occupied by only one mother and her child, then other people who need to use this room have to stand and wait outside for 30 minutes even this room is big enough and capable of at least 3 mothers to use this room at the same time...

Very big place, has many entrances. This place has baggage storage. Remember where you put your luggage or take photo of the area where you put your luggage to make it easier when you need to ask the guard. Take photo of your ticket that contain pin number when you put your luggage. Prepare coins in fractions, it's needed when you're about to take your luggage.

Where many forms of transportation meet. MRT (subway), light rail (airport line), TRA local train, HSR highspeed rail, 2 bus stations. Be careful when you're meeting people here. It's very easy to get lost or confuse meeting points. It's also difficult to navigate from inside. Avoid at all costs between 2 and 6 pm on weekends. So busy! There are plenty of bathrooms, water machines, and convenience stores so while you roam around lost you can maintain your bodily needs

The advantage is convenience. The disadvantage is the terrible environment that is unsafe, and I can smell body odor and urine, which is a sink.
